The rest of the day went by very slowly during dinner everyone was talking about snapes class until destiny asked what happened after she left alli didn't answer she just played with her potatoes

"Snape said you didn't measure up to your pure blood expiations" said Nikki

"So" said Dest with her mouth full

"He asked alli why,and that you should respect your elders,and she got detention I don't know why though he got mad I guess"

"Snape said the he'd just send an owl to my parents, but really I don't care" said destiny clearly

"So I'm going to have to be in detention by myself?!" Squeaked alli

Just than the cakes, Ice-cream, chocolate and many more things appeared on to the golden rimed plates

Destiny went for a slice of cake, Riley went for some ice cream both stuffing their faces

"You know i've heard house elves make all the food" said Dest changing the subject and drinking some pumpkin juice

"House elves?" said Nikki looking at her food as if it were poisoned

"There little um people I suppose, but with big eyes and floppy ears. doesn't your cousin have one destiny?" said alli brightly now feeling a bit more cheery

Destiny looked over at the slytheren table Malfoy seemed to making fun of Harry like always.

"Yes, his name is Dobby" said destiny sadly "they are horrible to him"

"So there kinda like slaves?" asked riley

"Yes" replied Dest

"You know the minister of magic has one" said alli

"I've heard" said destiny

"If their owners are so horrible to them why don't they.. run away" asked Riley

"They seem to like being bossed around, my mum and dad had one when I was small. He seemed to love working for them. spolly, I think his name was" said all

"You talk to much"incorporated nikki

"That's not why they stay house elves live to serve one family for the rest of their life"said Dest matter-o-fact-ly.

"Fine fine" alli yawned

"I think I'm going to go back to the common room" she said getting up she left her footsteps fading slowly they watched her leave riley caught Malfoy's eye he sneered Draco whispered something to Goyle, Goyle got up and left.after a couple of seconds of not loosing eye contact with Draco there was an ear splitting scream from out side the hall the students and prostopped talking it came again like nails on a chalk bored the teachers got up and walked quickly to the source of the noise all the students followed keeping their distance they heard two big sets of feet running down towards the dungeons

the scream came again this time it has allis voice

"Help! please someone!"

Snape ran towards the footsteps while the other professors and the students ran just in time to see a long green snake bit alli in the leg

"Confringo!" bellowed Dumbledor the snake vanished

"I'm going to take her to the hospital wing, come along ms.knight" said mcgonagall

As they left the students were told to go back to dinner
