Are we living a Stimulation?

I was watching Shane and I stumbled across this video and it got me thinking.What if we're just a stimulation??The definition of Stimulation is (the action of pretending or dedeption. The production of a computer model or something especially for the purpose of study).Maybe an advanced civilization would be able to create a stimulation?Even Elan Musk, one of the smartest people in the world, believes in this theory.Like for example, all of those supernatural things like deja vu could just be glitches in our simulation.What if we are being played In a game by someone in the future?What if our current life right now is just a TV show for someone in the future and they just wanna look back at time?            What if the people in the future are just controlling us In a game?40 years ago there was the pac-man game and 40 years later we have virtual reality, imagine in 200 years.However, we can't really find out, I mean people could be playing a game and you are in it and you're stuck there, but might not know it . In my view, it's sufficient that the universe is some kind of computer in a pretty literal sense by the way we define computer science. If you think about it, it kinda makes sense. So if reality is a stimulation, what is happening when we sleep or dream? Is this possibly a state where we are partially removed from the stimulation? Or deeper within it? I'm wondering what ideas people may have regarding dreams in relation to simulation theory. There is actually a lot of proof on YouTube and Reddit and on the Internet , that there are glitches like things coming out of nowhere and some weird shit, like one video shows a family driving down the road,and seeing an airplane just frozen and I was like HolyShit.One way you could see a glitch would be Step 1. look at yourself in the mirror        2.look at the middle of your two eyes and make your eyes go out of focus on the rest of the face and make it clear in the middle of the eyes.                3.once you do that, imagine an emotion and watch your face do some crazy shit.             A lot of extremely smart people like scientists believe in this theory simply because technology is advancing really fast and imagine what technology we would have in 100 years. I know this sounds like the plot for "The Matrix" but you never know, maybe we are living a lie and there are people in the future just using us in a game and controlling us.
