Victoria and Sophia has just gotten outside the University for lunch when they saw two familiar figures, "Ezrael!" shouted Victoria, the owner of the name turned to check who was calling her, though she already knew who it was as the voice was already familiar to her. When Ezrael and Tori's eyes met, the taller of the two, made an informal two finger salute for the latter as a sign of acknowledgement. Ezrael had no desire to shout back in a public place, it's just not in her nature to call attention to herself.

"Do I need to worry about my place as your best friend, someone's acting awfully close" Sophia quipped sporting a cheeky grin, even going so far as to nudge her friend with her elbow. Tori just rolled her eyes at her friend's antics and then motioned for Ezrael and her friend, Frankie, to come closer to them. The two criminology students walked over to them as if a magnet was pulling them close, no hesitation whatsoever.

"On your way for lunch?" asked Tori, though her attention was solely on the tallest girl. "Yep. How about you two?" Ezrael asked back.

"Same, why don't you two join us?" Sophie offered with a genuine smile. "Where?" Frankie piped up, her eyes twinkling in obvious delight by the fact that her dream girl is speaking to her at all, much more, inviting her to have lunch with them, well, her and Ezrael but semantics, who cares for that?

"Either KFC or Chowking" answered Tori, "eh, I don't think eating there would satisfy our bellies, unless we're willing to spend more than what we usually spend. So, why don't you two join us instead?" Ezrael counter offered, she's not going to spend more than what she usually spends for lunch in those fast food chains that offers too little food, in her opinion anyway.

"And where pray tell do you two usually go for lunch?" Tori asked back, "there's a small cafeteria just up the hill" the tall one answered while using her thumb to gesture at said direction.

"Ew, is it even safe to eat there? It doesn't seem like they follow the Department of Health's sanitary guidelines for food serving" Tori retorted with a disgusted look on her face, she didn't even try to hide her displeasure.

Ezrael shrugged, "suit yourself, see you around then" she then turned around to leave, after all, she's starving and she had no desire to linger further. "Or we can return at the University and eat at the cafeteria there instead?" Tori tried to offer again, she really wanted to share lunch with Ezrael but not at the expense of her health.

"Nah, aside from them pricing their goods like it's made out of pandas and gold, there's no way am I going to get a good fill there" Frankie rebutted, Ezrael nodded in support with what her best friend stated.

"Fine! We'll join you but if we suffer from food poisoning, you're responsible for the consequences" Tori threatened with a pout and a glare, an unorthodox combination but it worked for Tori. Ezrael just made a 'what can you do?' face at her friend and walked towards their earlier destination, the cafeteria.

Both smaller girls lagged behind on purpose so they could gossip, "I get that you two are best friends now but do we really have to risk our lives just so you could rub shoulders with your princess charming? I can't die yet, I'm too young to die, I haven't even lost my virginity yet" Sophia rushed out in one breath.

"If we die, we can just haunt them or something" Tori answered distractedly, she didn't even comment on the 'princess charming' part, which caused a hiked eyebrow on her friend, Tori usually has a retort when it comes to comments like those.

The two had no choice but to join the queue and stand behind Frankie and Ezrael. Tori pulled the hem of Ezrael's shirt to get her attention, "are you really sure about this place?" Tori whispered.
