You slowly walked up to your son's gathered around on deck. You heard Newgate cursing and barking. But, your eyes kept to the circle. Marco, Juzo and Ace went to go find out who had done this.

Whatever this was.

You stepped behind Izo placing your hand on his shoulder. He turned to you with tears in his eyes. He embraced you sobbing softly. Your eyes turned to Thatch.

That color was foreign to you. You've never seen so much of that color. It pooled onto the desk as you pulled away from Izo. You held his shoulders before kissing his forehead.

"Your brothers need you. I will take care of this." You said.

Izo nodded as you turned back to Thatch. Your son's watched as you stepped up to him. You knelt down before his head and pulled him into your lap. He was so cold. Pale and that color. Oozed from a wound in his back. Tears pooled in your eyes as your throat swelled. You pushed a dark haired strand from his face.

You pulled him close to you. Your forehead pressed to his as your tears dripped onto his face. You sobbed softly clutching close to your son. Pulling him tighter and tighter to your chest.

"It was Teach! One of our ships are missing!"

You perked up to three of your son's walking up on deck. Then turned to Newgate sitting on his chair. His head buried in his hand seeing he was having a hard time with this.

"I'll allow it this once." Newgate said.

"Pops! You're kidding. He killed one of our own!" Ace barked.

"I know. I know."

"Ace." You said.

He turned to you, seeing he was pretty pissed.

"We will discuss this tomorrow morning. Give us some time."

His anger subsided as you looked to the moon.

"Please. Take my son. As you had taken my daughter. I want to know he will be in good hands." You pleaded.

'Very well. Once I have hit the center of the sky. I will take your son.'

You smiled, "Thank you."

Turning to Newgate he perked up to you.

"We have to disembark. Or I'm going to have to do this here." You said.

"So be it."

So. Just before the moon had been put in the center of the sky. You found an island. Where Thatch was cleaned up and you had changed out of your bloody clothes. Into a long black dress with a long black veil. You sat on a field plucking flowers and putting them in a bouquet. You smiled to the yellow flowers knowing they were his favorite color.

"Everything is set." Marco said.

You stood taking Marco's arm. The two of you headed up to a hill. Thatch lied on the top of the hill. His hands were placed on his stomach and put into a nice outfit.

Complements to Izo. You approached him lacing the flowers in his hands before. As you reached over and kissed his forehead you smiled softly pulling off your veil. You draped it over his body.

You placed a hand to his head and another on top of his hands before looking up to the moon. She was dead center in the sky. Her light reflecting down upon you as you shut your eyes.

The crew stood at the bottom of the hill holding candles. Newgate watched holding his sons hands.

"There are moments that the words don't reach. There is suffering to terrible to name. You hold your child as tight as you can. And push away the unimaginable. The moments when you're in so deep. It feels easier to just swim down. We're going to have to live with the unimaginable." You said.

Your body began to glow as you looked down to Thatch. His body was taken by the light. Slowly fading into the bright light. He began to disappear slowly and slowly before. He was gone. Leaving behind your veil and the flowers. Looking up to the sky. You noticed a new star in the sky. You smiled softly kissing your fingers before blowing a kiss to the star.

"Take care of my star." You muttered.

Newgate and the others admired Thatch floating in the sky admiring his brothers. They all smiled as tears rolled down their cheeks.

Then.

You broke down.

Sobbing onto the grass clutching onto the green growing proud out of the ground. You sobbed loud and cried hard. Earning your husband's attention. He motioned the boys to go back to the Moby. As he went to soothe your pain.

Newgate knelt beside you and pulled you close. You wailed and cried. Blaming that the death was somehow your fault. That you should of known. But. Newgate made a solid point. Having you calm down a little.

"We couldn't of predicted Teach's actions. But. We can prevent this from happening again. No more of our son's will ever get hurt again." Newgate said.

You sniffled and smiled up to him, "Yeah. No more."

You both looked to Thatch before you pointed to the small star next to him.

"There's Lilly. She's in good hands now. Along with Thatch."

As the following morning arose. You woke up to a bunch of yelling. Newgate let you sleep in that morning you guessed. You stumbled out of your room to the deck. You furrowed watching Ace jump off the dock and onto his boat. You bolted from the steps to the railing.

"Ace come back!" Marco called.

"Pops said it would only be this once!" Izo cried.

"Ace!" You called.

He stopped turning to you, you clutched the railing.

"Be careful." You said.

He tilted his hat before grinning and sailing off.

"How could you let him go? He'll get killed." Marco said.

"There are moments that the words don't reach. There's a grace too powerful to name. We push away what we can never understand. We push away the unimaginable." You said, "Ace, would of left anyway. If he is anything like his father."
