Her World

No one knows her pain,
She hides frowns behind her smiles,
Her tears behind her smiling eyes,
Her sobs and cries behind her joyous laughter,
And her pain filled expression behind her smiling face.

No one understands her,
Her pain, fear and sadness hidden from the world,
No one sees her pain,
Her world separated into two,
She's enslaved in them,
Two different girls in one,
One filled with happiness, hope and laughter,
The other filled with sadness, depression and fear.

She's her ying and her yang,
Her polar opposite in herself,
A happy person in font of others,
A different person behind a closed door.

Nothing knows how much tears she shed, only her pillows,
Nothing knows her loud sobs, only her room,
Nothing knows her twist and turns of sleepless nights, only her bed,
And nobody knows how she feels, only her.

She's ignored by everyone,
Like a phantom,
She goes unnoticed,
No one sees her.

She feels like no one cares,
She's feels she has no one,
All alone,
Left to suffer in her own sadness,
As depression engulfs her,
Crushing her heart, mind, body and soul.

She can hide from her fears,
She can't run her feelings,
She can't do anything about it,
This is her, her life, her world.
