It must have been the creaking screams of the old magnet crane that awakened me. At first I was unaware of my surroundings, but a few moments later, once I had regained my conscience, I observed that I was in the drivers seat of a car that I did not own. I was unaware of the dangers that exist in my near future at this time, for to me it was just another evening spent in the drivers seat. Something did not feel quite right though, Maybe it was the fact that my car was not actually on the ground. I watched my surroundings flow past me as my car traveled slowly through the air, I was being carried by a magnet crane, the kind that moves old metals in landfills. The enormous piles of trash that would have seemed like mountains from the view of a human were now small hills as I viewed them from above. I felt something drip down my neck. I attempted to reach up and see what liquid it was but my hands were taped to the steering wheel. That was when I began to worry. I looked up into the dashboard mirror to see my own face covered in cuts and bruises. Suddenly the car stopped and I was left swinging back and forth for a few seconds as the momentum pushed the car like a swing set. I heard a loud sound come from the crane. The car was falling, I was falling. I tried to brace myself as we hit the ground. Loud beeping noises could be heard. I picked up to my head to see that I had landed in a car crusher, A machine used to flatten old cars to the size of a pancake. I felt my heart start to beat faster as my blood began to pump rapidly through my body. I attempted to pull my hands out of the tape's grasp with all the strength I had left in me, and my left hand came free. I quickly released my right as well. The car was against both walls now and the windows were shattering. I looked up and saw a sunroof and quickly knocked the glass out of that with my fists. I stood up and used my arms to climb up on the roof of the car through the shattered sunroof. My head was barely below the top of the car crusher. I quickly tried to hoist myself on top of the machine but I fell back onto the car. There was barely any room left, the car was half the size of what it used to be. I attempted one last time to climb over the wall. This time i used the other wall of the machine to push myself up. I reached the top and jumped off onto the dirt. I crouched down and walked slowly, careful not to make any noise. I peeked around the corner to see two grown men wearing all black standing with their arms crossed. I recognized those men. They were the ones who were after me. They were the ones who put me in that car. Just then the machine went off and the beeping noises had stopped. If I had wasted another second in there i would be dead. I scanned the area and saw a silver Audi RS4 some 30 feet away from the two men. There was no time to think. I ran as fast as my feet would take me towards the car.
"What the hell? Hes out of the car! Grab him!" Said one of the men as I reached the car and quickly jumped in the drivers seat. I drove off onto the dirt path that the car was on and sped off towards the exit. I thought I had lost them but I soon realized I was being followed by two black Porsche Cayannes. They were getting closer and my car couldn't take me much faster. We had reached the streets and I drove off into the night time city, still being followed. One of the Porsches hit me and lost control for a quick second while the other Porsche zoomed past me. I regained control and continued on my trail. One of the windows rolled down in the car in front of me and a man holding a gun aimed at me. I heard shots fire and I ducked as the windshield shattered all over me. I swerved out of the Porsche's slipstream and quickly sped by him. I looked behind me for a split second then turned back around to see a civilian car coming right at me. I barely avoided hitting the civilian car. I drove for a few more seconds, The Mob still shooting at me from behind, when I heard a loud horn coming from off in the distance. I looked ahead to see train tracks in the road and a train quickly approaching the intersection. This was my chance- I thought and floored the gas pedal. I veered off to the far right and braced myself as I got closer and closer towards the tracks. If i didnt make this, I would die, if i stopped now, the mob would kill me. This was the only way out. I closed my eyes and braced myself and felt a bump as the car flew over the tracks. I kept going though. I did not look behind me to see if the train had cut the mob off or not. I just keep driving.
