(Brantley p.o.v.)
I pull up to the hospital, ben offers to find a parking spot so that i can go ahead and go in. I agree and thank him and head into the hospital. I get to the nurses station and they tell me where she is and give me a name tag. I go back to the room and go in. Easy bg they gave her the epidural so that she could relax and they just checked her and she is only 6 centimeters so you haven't missed the babies yet. Jessie tells me and i nod and go sit in the chair beside the bed.
(Sarah p.o.v.)
I was half awake but I didnt want to wake up but I can hear jessie and luke talking then someone run in,"easy there BG,the doctor gave her a epidural to slow down the pain and she's only six centimeters so you didnt miss the babies yet." I heard jessie say in a whisper,"she's been sleeping for about a hour. she's gonna need the rest." Then I felt BG come to the other side of the bed and sit in the chair. Then a hour later i woke up and see bg sleeping. An hour after i woke up the nurse came In witch made BG wake up, after the nurses came in and check to see how far along I was,"well miss harley, ready to meet your babies it's time to push." They asked who was gonna be in the room and i told them just bg. They give him a gown to where. Jessie and luke go out to the waiting room after we told them to call bg's family. They get everything ready and the doctor comes in and tells me big pushes when she says. Push! She says. She tells me a couple of more times. Alright this is the last push, give me a big push. She says. I push and the doctors shows us the first baby which is our little boy. Bg cuts the cord then it's time to have our little girl and bg cuts her cord. They get me cleaned up and let me see the babies before they took them to clean them up and make sure they are healthy. You did good princess now we have our babies. Bg tells me. They bring the babies back in my room. I hold our son and bg gets to hold our daughter. The nurse asks what we are naming them. I tell them parker keith Gilbert and bg tells her Harper lynn Gilbert. We hold them for a few minutes then bg tells me he is going to go let everyone know they are here. I nod and he leaves.
(Brantley p.o.v.)
I go out into the waiting room and see mama, kolby, jessie, luke, and the band. Y'all they're here. I tell them and they all whoop. They said two visitors at a time so mama and jessie are first. I tell them and we go back to the room and sarah is holding harper. Hey sister how are you doing? Jessie asks. A lot better now that the babies are here. She tells her. Mama asks if they can hold them. We nod and sarah hands harper to mama, while i hand parker to jessie. Mama you are holding harper lynn and jessie is holding parker keith. I tell them as they take turns holding each ones. They go back out to the waiting room and luke comes back with kolby. They hold each one, then the band comes back and gets to hold them. After that everyone lets us know they are going to get Something to eat and head to a hotel for the night and would see us tomorrow. Sarah feeds the babies then the nurses come and take them back to the nursery for the night, after they leave i crawl into the bed with sarah and we go to sleep.
