Chap 1: Flying Free-Early

Pasia's POV

They pulled us through the crowds of people at our tiny high school. Why does it have to be us to do the speeches, concerts, and everything else that happens at the crappy school.

"Ugh! This is bullshit!" my best friend, Marcy whisper yells to us. We nod. We legit have gone through this shit before.

"Hey! Dude! We are human! Not your little puppets!" my other best friend, Ash, yells at the guy who is pulling us onto the stage.

"You know what to do," the guy says as we get on stage. Of course we do, we have been doing this for the past 4 years in this hell hole that they called school.

Once we were finished with our little 'speech', the principle comes up to the microphone. He glares at us and we smirk. Our job to him is to piss him off.

"Welcome everyone to this 'special' occasion. We have 'great' news. Well, great for me that they are leaving, great for them that they can leave," the principle says. I smirk even more. He hates us. SCORE! "Ash, Pasia, and Marcy are part of a band called This Is Us. From what one of them tells us, they have had a big accomplishment. To start them off, they get to fly out to L.A. for rehearsal, then travel the country as an opening for a band. And for that, we are graduating them out of this school-today. Goodbye, little girls who ruined my life!" he says handing us 'diplomas'. I look at the other girls. Ash has a confused look while Marcy has a really scared look. She told a secret. I pull them off the stage and around a corner that was off school grounds.

"Marcy, what the hell was that?" I ask. She looks scared.

"Well, I might of, sort of, told them that possibly, we are going on tour with IM5..." she trails off.

"AND YOU DIDN'T TELL US FIRST?" Ash yells getting stares from other people.

"HEY! NOTHING TO SEE HERE! BUG OFF! WE ARE NOT YOUR LITTLE SHOW!" I yell at everyone making them walk away. Ash and Marcy start cracking up.

"Back to our conversation," Ash says, "Please tell me your just messing with us!"

"Nope," Marcy says popping the 'p', "We actually leave for L.A. in two days." We then run to my car.

I drive us to Marcy's house (all of us live there because my family started trying to decide my future for me, and Ash's family started abusing her because she wanted to go into the music business. Her parents always wanted her to go into law or medical science because it is something 'useful', unlike music which is 'a waste of time'. Her parents are stupid in my opinion). We all run into Marcy's room and start packing for our trip.

"Hey guys. I know I'm slow, but I just realized something. We never have to go back to school again!" Marcy says, excited.

"Unless we go to college. Then we have to go back," Ash says. Me and Marcy laugh our heads off, "Guys, I'm serious. I'm going to college at some point. Whether that's after our career or during it, I'm going."

"Me too, but not for a few years. I need a freaking break!" I say. We all laugh and finish up our packing. I get out my laptop and recieve a Skype call. I click on it and see none other than Gabriel Morales, "Holy shit!" I yell and run out of view of the screen. Ash gets in view and starts talking. Somehow she isn't freaking out, unlike me and Marcy. She's in the corner hyperventilating.

"How's it going, Gabriel?"

"Just fine. Where are the others?" I hear him ask. I keep my cool and walk out so he can see me, "Woah."

"Woah what? My hair? Don't judge or the first day that I see you, I will smack you silly," I say. Then I smile, "Hi Gabe, I'm Pasia. You have been talking to none other than the wonderful Ash for the past 10 seconds." I say. Ash gives the "AWW!" look to me and waves to Gabe. She then gets up and pulls the amazing Marcy out of her hiding spot.
