New Girl

*kats POV*

A couple days later I was fast asleep in my bed, all tangled up in my blankets.

*buzz buzz buzz*

I slowly woke up, groaning when I heard my phone buzzing. Groggily I leaned over to my bedside table and grabbed my phone to read the text.

*Liz*

Hey chicka, I was wondering how you would feel about me coming up to Cali and staying at your cousins house with you?

Shrieking I jumped out of my bed ,forgetting that it was 7am and I was wearing a hot pink sports bra and black spandex shorts. I ran out of my room down the hall and into Ricky's room that Trevor, Connor and Jc were also in, all of them fast asleep. I ran over to Ricky who was asleep in his bed and jumped onto him. Surprised Ricky's eyes flew open.

"katttt, what are you doing?!" Ricky mumbled trying to push me off of him.

Shrieking I yelled at him, waking Trevor, Jc and Connor up, "My best friend Liz is coming to Cali for the rest of the summer, can she stay here?!?" I yell shaking Ricky's shoulders in glee.

"Urhh I don't know...." Ricky begins.

"Ah come on" Jc says sitting up "why not?" He says winking at me and smirking.

"Ya" Trevor says yawning "the more the merrier right?". Connor moans and pulls his pillow over his head trying to sleep. Trevor jumps up and sits on Connors back pulling the pillow off his head. "Oh get up ya lazy butt!" Trevor

yells into Connors ear while ruffling his hair.

"Oh all right!" Ricky finally says.

I shriek "thankyouthankyouthankyou!!" I yell laughing and hugging Ricky then run out of the room and along the way I hug Trevor and kiss Jc on the head. I run back into my room and dive onto my bed scooping up my phone. I text Liz back saying "Ricky said yes!! When are you coming?!?" She texts back almost instantly "whoo hoo!! I'll be there by tonight! See you soon!!". I shriek and fall back, my head landing in my pillows, smiling like a goof.

*late that night*

Were all at the airport waiting for Liz to arrive. Everyone is sitting down waiting but I'm way to excited so I'm up and pacing the hallway.

"Kat!!!"

I turn around and see my best friend Liz flying down the hallway. I met Liz when I was 6 years old in dance class and we've been best friends ever since. Liz is gorgeous in all of her flaming red hair, piercing green eyes, bundle of energy, whirlwind of happiness self.

Shrieking I run towards her and meet her in the middle of the hallway and engulf her in a ginormous hug our arms entangled. We stand their hugging and shrieking for a minute jumping up and down, both of us talking and laughing about nonsense.

Once we calm down a bit I fling my arm around her shoulders and bring her over to the guys.

"Guys" I say squeezing Liz's shoulders "this is my best friend Liz!".

Everyone hugs Liz and introduces themselves. "

"Shall we go?" Ricky says.

"We shall" Liz says "I can't wait to see California!".

Once we got back to the house Connor suggests we all go out and find a club to dance at and show Liz around Cali a bit. Everyone agrees and heads of to get ready. Me and Liz are in my room, Liz trying to pick out an outfit and me doing my makeup.

"So.. which one are you interested in?" Liz says smirking at me, referring to the guys.

Laughing I shoot her a look in the mirror "why whatever do you mean?" I say.

"Come on, seriously! Which one??".

"Oh all right! Connor a little bit I guess.." I mumble blushing.

"Ooooh, he's cute" Liz giggles winking at me "does he like you?".

"I would hope so considering we went on a date yesterday..." I say slyly as I put my mascara on.

"Oh my god, how did it go?!" Liz shrieks jumping onto my bed.

"Well we went out to dinner which was nice, then we went on a walk down the beach at sunset which was amazing!" I say turning around and facing Liz.

"Did he kiss you?" Liz says smirking at me and wiggling her eyebrows.

Laughing I sigh and say "I don't kiss and tell".

"Oh come on, he so did!" Liz shrieks hitting me with a pillow.

Laughing again I throw a sock at her, "Come on get up, help me pick out an outfit" I say dragging Liz off the bed.

"I'm finding you something sexy!" Liz says laughing, walking over to the closet "Something that'll make Connor stop and stare" she giggles bumping my hip with hers. Liz shouts "Aha!" as she pulls out a tight, black, low cut and short dress and picks up a pair of black high heels with crystals on the heel. "perfect" Liz says shoving them into my hands.

Once me and Liz were ready we walked downstairs where the guys were all ready and waiting for us. As we walk down the stairs I'm gripping the railing and Liz's arm so I don't trip in my heels. We walk into the living room where upon seeing us Sam and Trevor whistle while Jc and kian pretend to faint from our beauty, making me and Liz laugh. Connor stands up and walks over to me and laces our hands together grinning like a goofball.

"Wow" Connor says looking me up and down "you look amazing!". Then leans in and kisses me on the cheek his other hand on my hip.

I giggle and blush "well thanks" I say leaning into him "you don't look to bad yourself".

"All right people, let's go!!" Sam yells heading towards the front door, all of us laughing as we follow behind.
