Chapter 9- Spiders!

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. Im seriously so sorry. It was the end of the school year where I live and it's been crazy. I also just got a new puppy which he is a handful. And I'm sorry to say, I have been binge watching a how called "The 100" which is gory at points but a really good show. I just finished the last episode so... Here you go. I am gonna post 2 today because I feel so bad. 9 and 10. Ok I hope you like it...

Sophie's POV-

I was so confused at why we were going to Atlas. Since when does Grady wanna go out in public unless he needs to? I run into the bathroom breaking the group hug. I grab my toothpaste while Grady and Edaline walk down to their room on the second floor.

I hear my imparter beep as I finish brushing so I pick it up and see that Keefe is calling.

"Hey Keefe. Whats up?"..."Oh um... Are you in trouble?" he asked worriedly. "Nope. Not at all actually. We are about to go to Atlas too!"

He looked relived by my answer. "What are you doing tomorrow?"..."Oh you mean besides nothing? Hopefully spending time with you." I state automatically.

"Mmk. I got to go so see ya Tommorow."..."bye!" And he blinked away.

I grabbed some stuff and went down stairs quietly. I forgot my imparter in my bathroom and my IPod in my secret hideout, which is a small/big crawl space inbetween my clothes and my wall. I ran upstairs and grabbed my Imparter from the bathroom and went in my hideout to get my IPod. I was walking out when I saw a spider. I dropped everything as I screamed. "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" I hate spiders, and I am deathly afraid of them.

I sat there stareing at the spider breathing hard and I couldn't move.

I could hear Grady and Edalines footsteps comming into my room. I couldn't move or speak. I was to scared of the spider. I heard their worried voices calling my name bit I couldn't say a thing no matter how hard I try.

"Sophie!?" They would say in unision.

A second Spider came out. "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" I screamed again. Please someone save me.

"Sophie!" Edaline said releived running into the crawl space. Grady right be hung her.

"He- he- help me p- p- please." Was all I could get out of my trembling mouth. Edaline looked confused until she saw the spiders. "Ahh!" She squealed.

Three more spiders came out from the wall. "Kill them!" I scream running out of the crawl space, Pushing them aside to do so, shrinking and almost in tears. I hear Grady and Edaline pounding on the wall and floor.

"Ahhhhhhhhh" They come out screaming. Grady was holding my iPod and my imparter. He handed it to me and said "Run! Grab anything you might need for a few weeks. We have an infestation. Go!"

I sprinted to my bed side and grabbed Ella as Grady and Edaline ran downstairs to grab some stuff. I didn't wanna be alone in my room so I ran out behind them and then past them to the bottom floor. And to the Leapmaster 500.

"I'm going to CandleShade!" I'll meat you at Everglen in a few hours!"
"That's fine!" Edaline shouted the same time as Grady shouted "No!" I will take that as an Okay.

"CandleShade!" I said to the LeapMaster. One Crystal slowly came down hitting the morning light creating a light beam. I jumped into it, not wanting to spend a minute more in this spider infested house, letting the warm light tingling my skin pull me to my boyfriends house.

I burst into Keefe's room without knocking, panting. He had his shirt off. He was probably getting dressed. "Ahhhhhhhhh!" He shrieked. I started laughing at his startled face. Then coughed because I was still panting.

"How did you get in here Foster? And why are you so exhausted? And how come you are here so early? And why do you have Ella with you? And do you-"

"Your dad, I ran as fast as I could, there is a Spider infestation at my house, I grabbed what I could carry and yes Keefe I do like your abs." I stated.

He just smirked at the last thing.

"Foster?"

"What?"

"Do you love me?"

I didn't know what to say when he said that. That's is when, just in time, a spider crawls up on Keefe's shoulder.

"Ke- Keefe. S- s- SPIDER!" I screamed and I ran to his upstairs in his room. Which was hi's bathroom and closet.

I heard laughter and Keefe came upstairs and showed me the spider. It was fake.

"Screw you." I pouted.

"Now, back to the question" He said more seriously. "Do you love me?"

I know that it's kind of short. You deserve better. I promise the next one will be longer I just thought well maybe this would be a good ending for the chapter. I guess it kinda was.

Btw this is literally me when I see a spider. I yell at other people to kill it and I can move ect.
