THE RAGE

Omer got furious as he opened the fashion magazines he checked each and every month. He saw there photos of his Defne. She was advertising swimsuits. She looked gorgeous, but he didn't want anybody to see her like that.

He was really jealous, so he rushed to Pamir's agency.

O: What the hell is that?- he asked throwing the magazine on Pamir's desk

P: Omer why are you so pissed?

Pamir looked at the magazine and saw Defne's photo shoot.

P: What do you mean? It's Defne's last project. She was a model for swimsuits. That's all.

O: That's all. Pamir she will not work at such kind of photo shoots again. Do you understand?

P: Wait, why is it so? Are you her manager or what?

O; Defne is the mother of my child

P: Wait what? I didn't know that

O: So, now when you know it means you'll bear that in mind.

P: I'm sorry Omer I wasn't aware of that, but wait you're the guy who left her when she was pregnant. Then I'm shocked I didn't expect that from you

O: I didn't know she was pregnant, I've discovered that after she left and I tried to find her, but I couldn't. We had an argument and she disappeared. Now I want to make it up to her, but she is really stubborn and doesn't want to forgive me

P: I'm sorry I didn't know that... Uff then I must admit something. You wouldn't approve of something she is doing now if you got pissed seeing those photos.

O; What are you talking about?

P; Well, she is on the photo session with a male model. They are posing together and this session will appear in Marie Claire this week

O: Where is she now?

P: Omer calm down, they have probably finished the session by now.

O: Pamir, I don't care how much it will cost but I want Defne to work just for us, I mean Passionis. She will be our exclusive model and nobody else could hire her.

P: But you know that you would have to pay her three times as much as she earns now.

O; Fine, be it, I don't care about this issue.

P: Ok, then I'll prepare the contract and you can sign it tomorrow.

O: Thanks Pamir.

When on the next day Pamir told Defne that her contract was changed, she got furious. She agreed that Pamir could change the contract on her behalf and she would agree to each and every change and now she regretted that. She wasn't aware that Omer and Pamir knew each other very well and were close friends. She was so furious at Omer that she decided to talk with him

D: Who the hell think you are?- she started to scream as soon as he opened the front door

O: Defne?

D: I don't want you to interfere with my life and career , you have no right to do so

O: You're the mother of my child and besides I love you

D: I don't care about that. Stay the hell out of my life

O: I won't – he reported- you may scream as much as you like but you won't work for anybody else

D: So I'll break the contract with the agency

O; You won't do so

D: Try me- she wanted to leave his house, but he grabbed her hand

O: Defne I know that you are doing this just to make me angry and jealous

D: It's my work and I like it, that's all. And I don't care if you're jealous or anything like that. I'm done with you

O: Are you?- While he started to move towards, she moved back. Suddenly she reached the doors and Omer placed his hands on the door so that she couldn't escape.

O; You may deny it but I know that you do it just to make me jealous- he said leaning closer- you love as much as I love you-

D: I hate you- she screamed. His eyes met her icy stare.

O: Fine then, there's a slight line between hate and love- he responded

He was looking at her lips, she wanted to protest but it was too late, Omer started to kiss her. She couldn't resist and responded to his kiss. All of a sudden she pushed him away and ran out of his house. But it was enough for Omer, he knew that she still loved him, he could easily read these signs- the way she kissed him back and her runaway.

The next day Defne didn't show at Passionis, Omer was very anxious when she didn't bring Emine to his house in the afternoon. He reached her home and when Emine opened the doors he got scared.

E: Daddy Daddy- she was crying - Mummy is sick. I don't know what to do. I wanted to call you but .... she began crying even louder

O: Don't worry my love I'll take care of mummy

Omer rushed to Defne's bedroom. When he approached her, he heard her talking Omer I love you. Why can't I forget about you? He touched her forehead and noticed she had a fever. She was trembling and sweating.

O: Emine my sweety I'll take care of mummy and you have to be quiet now and play with Mavis in your room. Don't cry my love- he erased tears from Emine's face

E: Daddy will mummy be fine?

O: She will my love, I promise

Emine's stopped crying and she smiled at Omer

E: I love you daddy, you are my hero

O: I love you, too. Go now my love

When Emine went to her bedroom, Omer took off Defne's wet clothes, he took her into his arms and put her into the bath. She started to protest and wanted to run away but he was holding her tightly. As soon as the temperature went down, he dried her and dressed her in pajamas . Then, he gently placed her on the bed. She was too weak to fight.

D: Omer you can go, I'll be fine.

O; I won't go anywhere Defne. I'll look after you today.

D: I'm fine- she tried to raise herself up off the bed but she couldn't

O: Well you're doing perfectly fine- he said ironically and smiled at her- I'll prepare you some soup

When he came back with the broth, she didn't want to eat, but he forced her to do so. Soon afterwards, she fell asleep. He was watching her when suddenly Emine came

O: Sh sh mummy is sleeping now, she needs some rest.

E: Daddy will you stay with us?

O: I will my love

E: Daddy I want you to stay with us forever.

O: I'd like it too my love, but mummy has to agree

E: I'll ask her to do agree and she will

O: Are you sure my love?

E: Yes, my mummy said that she will make all my wishes come true if she can

Omer kissed his little daughter on her cheek

O: Emine you have to go to bed now my love. I'll stay with mummy and look after her

E: Ok daddy but will you come and tell me a story?

Omer went with Emine and put her to bed. He told her a beautiful story about rabbits and soon Emine fell asleep. Omer went to his Defne and observed her. She was so calm and peaceful, a raving beauty.
