ME (12:44 pm): I'm sorry Lil'. Please? We have been friends too long to break this. St least I told you?
LILY (12:50 pm): answer me this: did you have sex with my father?
ME (1:01 pm): no. It could've happened, I stopped it. And- if you don't want anything else to happen, it doesn't have to.
LILY (1:23 pm): god- so you didn't sleep with him? Christ. I don't freakin' care what your relationship consists of, just forget it. This won't end well though- I can promise you that.
ME (1:25 pm): DID you just give me permission to date your dad?
LILY (1:31 pm): do what you want. But when you guys break up, and I do mean when, not if, I will not be there for you to cry on my shoulder. I love you, but this is ultimately your decision.
ME (1:50 pm): I love you.
