(Rose's POV)
I sat there and stared at the house. That's where he lived. We had a great relationship when he was here. He said I couldn't come with him when he started tour and we ended it there. He went far. He is famous now. He doesn't go by Colson anymore. Only his closest friends know him by that. He got badly into drugs and alcohol. Wish he would come back home and to me and let me help him get better. I miss the old Colson. The kid that just rapped and enjoyed life as it was. That's when the bus passed me. On the side it said, "Laced Up" in that font that I always wrote in. I loved that CD. I felt the eyes looking out the windows as I stared hoping he was looking at me. Then the bus stopped. He came out running. I smiled and ran towards him. I didn't think he would've remembered me. He picked me up and squeezed me.
"Damn girl, I missed you. I thought I would never see you again." I wrapped my legs around him. He was so skinny. He felt like nothing but I ignored it, he was home and in my arms. I smelled his amazing scent again. God did I miss it. I just sat there and enjoyed the moment. He then pulled back. Holding me, he looked at me. "I need you to do me a favor. I'm home for a week. Please take this." He reached into his back pocket and pulled out a ticket. "Come to my show. Listen to what I have been putting out there. Then help me get back to the old me." I smiled.
"Of course. And I already listen to what your putting out there. I have all your CDs. I love your music. And I didn't know you had a little girl? I need to see a picture." He smiled and put me down. He pulled out his phone. And scrolled through some pictures. And showed me this:She was beautiful. She didn't seem like she was happy in the picture but she sure was beautiful. He kept showing me pictures of her:
