I woke up and got ready. I wore a pair of black cut off shorts, my maroon crop top, my white and red converse, and my maroon snapback. Today was Bailey's graduation. I pulled my phone off the charger and texted my mom.

I walked downstairs and nobody was up yet. I'm not sure what anyone's favorite breakfast meal is so I made French toast, eggs and bacon. I set the plates down and the silverware.

"Hey sweetheart, I'm going to work. Can you please tell Gabriella to vacuum, do the dishes and sweep the floor?" Jaycee asked. "Sure" I said. She smiled and left. Finn was always at work early, so he is almost never home.

I walked over to the couch. "Pst! Gabriella" I whispered. "Go away, I wanna sleep" she said. "If none of you get up I will throw the food away!" I said loud and clear. All of their eyes shot open and they ran to the table.

Teenagers. All they do is sleep, eat and party. "Are you gonna eat?" Gabs asked. I shook my head. "I'm not hungry, but if you want more there is extra" I said. She nodded. Everyone finished eating.

"We have to go, but thanks for the food" Marcus said. "Okay. Your welcome" I said. L, L, M and M hugged me and Gabs then left. I put on my shuffle playlist, on Spotify and blasted the music.

We sang while we cleaned the house. I scrubbed the floors, did the dishes, did the Landry, took out the trash, and cleaned the living room. Gabs organized the pantry, swept the floor, vacuumed, dusted, and scrubbed the bathrooms clean.

We finished and she got dressed. I got a text from Bailey.

B- Hey, Ace is on his way. Be ready.
Me- Okay, we are ready.
B- Okay.

"Ace is on his way to get us" I said. Gabby nodded. We played on our phones until Ace came. He rang the door bell. We got up and opened the door. Ace was there in nice clothing. "You two ready?" Ace asked. We nodded.

He smiled and we walked to the car. We sat in the back. We drove to the college. Since it was a community college, this wasn't going to take long. Everyone began to take their seats.

We took our seat and then the band started to play. The college students were walking to their seats. The pledge allegiance stated and everyone had their hand to their heart. It ended, everyone sat down and they announced an honor roll name. He walked up and began to talk.

"Over the past four years, I have grew close with my classmates, making a bond that is nearly unbreakable. We have our ups and downs, but doesn't everyone? College is the one place where anyone can fit in."

"You can be who you are and everyone respects that. The teachers are great, the students are great. You may be far from your family, but what we have here is a family. My college years were my favorite. Getting to know everyone, and just being alive. I chose my path, and I'm following it. The roads look far, but one day you will reach your stop" he said.

"Don't stop believing, I didn't and now, I can pursue my dream and it was all because I was a believer. Don't let somebody stand in the way of you get to g to where you want to go. So believe, dream, and live your life the way you want to. Choose your own path" he said.

Everyone clapped. He shook hand with so done and sat down. Other honor roll names went. Bailey is an honor roll, so her name should be called soon.

"Bailey Lexie Rhodes" someone said. I pulled out my camera and took pictures since she was on the big screen. We all clapped. A lot of other people went. They all threw their graduation caps and made their way to their families.

I face timed mom and she answered. Bailey came over and on camera you could tell she was pregnant so I only got her face.

"I'm so proud of you" mom said. "Thanks mamma" Bailey said. "Your welcome" mom said. I handed Bailey my phone so she could talk to mom. "So Ace, where did you go to college?" I asked.

"Here, but I graduated one year ago today" he said. "Good job" I said. It was so hot I thought I was going to melt. Bailey finally got off the phone with mom.

She handed me the phone back. "Can we go? If we wait any longer we all might melt" I said. Bailey giggled and nodded. We walked to the car and got in. We drove to some place to eat

I didn't eat, but I got a water. "Bailey, did mom see your stomach?" I asked. She shook her head. "When are you going to tell her?" I asked. "When I tell everyone" she said. "So tomorrow?" I asked. She nodded.

I quietly clapped. Ace paid and we left. Ace and Bailey dropped us off back at Gabs house and then they went to Ace's apartment.

I ran up to the guest room and called the nearest cake bakery. I ordered the cake so when Bailey cuts into the cake it reveals pink or blue.

I was so exited. We ate dinner and went to bed. All I thought of was her baby that could be born on my birthday. To become an aunt on my birthday would be the best birthday wish of all.
