I woke up and got ready. I wore a pair of dark gray sweatpants, a light gray sweater, and some light gray uggs. I threw my hair into a messy bun and put some light make-up on.

I grabbed my phone, texted my mom, and ran downstairs. Gabs was making food. My mom had left early this morning with Toby and dad, so I didn't get to say bye. "Hey Gabs" I said. "Hey Kayls" she said. "So whatcha making?" I asked. "Making food" she said.

"Okay" I said. I sat on the couch while she continued making what ever she was making. I played on Instagram for a while. Gaby sat by me and handed me a plate.

It had a very cheesy omelette on it. "Thanks" I said. "Your welcome. Gilmore Girls or 13 Reasons Why?" She asked. "Gilmore Girls" I said. She smiled and put of on. It was the season one since we both had seen the rest of the episodes.

It was the last one, the summer one. The show finally finished with... "I'm pregnant". "What the hell?!" Gabs said. "I know right!" I said. "Ugh" she groaned.

She got up and washed off the plates. "So what did you think of Dakota?" She asked. "He's okay why?" I asked. "Do you maybe have feelings for him?" She said. Yes! "I don't know" I said.

She sat by me again. "The truth" she said. "Okay, I do" I said. "Wow, you just said you liked somebody" she said. "You know I'm not still mad about what happened in fifth grade right?" I asked.

"Your not?" She asked. "No, that was four years ago" I said. "Oh good" she said. I giggled. "So, what are we doing today?" I asked. "What if we hang out with our friends?" She asked. "Okay, so you mean we will hang out with Marcus, Martinus, Lisa, Lena, Dax, and Dakota only so the 6 of you can ditch Dakota and I?" I asked.

"Yes" she said. "Okay, whatever" I said. "Okay" she said. We put our shoes on and went out the door. We picked up Marcus, Martinus, Lisa and Lena, then went to pick up Dax and Dakota.

Dakota started at me for a second. I was getting lost in his eyes. We both looked away and he came out shutting the door behind him. Everyone was in front of us. I wanted to talk to him, but what do I talk to him about? "So do you have a boyfriend?" He asked. "No, do you have a girlfriend?" I asked.

"No" he said. We both made a small laugh. "Did Gabby tell you their plans?" He asked. "About ditching us?" I asked. He nodded. "Yep, well she didn't need to. I figured it out on my own" I said. "Yeah, I figured it out as well" he said.

"So what language course are you taking next year?" He asked. "French and Dutch. You?" I asked. "Same here" he said. I giggled and he laughed. "We have a lot more in common then I thought" I said. "I know right" he said. "So what kinda stuff do you do in your free time, you know besides working out?" He asked.

"This may sound nerdy, so don't judge but I watched Marvel and DC movies and shows, or read comics" I said. He laughed. "That's funny because that is what I do too" he said. I giggled. "Who is your favorite DC Villain?" He asked. "Ares. You?" I asked. "Bizarro" he said.

"Favorite DC hero?" He asked. "The flash. You?" I asked. "Green Lantern" he said. "Okay who is your favorite Marvel villain?" I asked. "Ultron. You?" he asked. "Ghost rider" I said. "You two nerds, come on" Gabs said. I didn't even know that we were already at Gabs house. We all went in.

Everyone sat and started to talk. "We can go to my room and talk of you want" I said. "Okay, sure" he said. We went up and into my room. We both sat on my bed. "You wanna watch a movie, show, or play Injustice?" I asked. "Injustice" he said.

"Okay" I said. I handed him a controller. We both pressed our backs against the head rest of the bed and let the game begin. I picked Lobo since he is awesome and Dakota picked Green Lantern. "Lobo Vs Green Lantern"

We pressed start and began to fight. "Are you one of those people who constantly stop the game to get the combo moves?" I asked. "No, I find them annoying. Are you one?" He asked. "No, I find them annoying as well" I said.

We both made a laugh then continued to play. We played all afternoon until Gabs told us to come eat lunch. We ate lunch then we all watched 13 reasons why. "Hey Gabs, Clay or Tony?" I asked. "Tony" she said. "You?" She asked. "Clay" I said.

I laid my hand on Gabs. "FML" we said in unison. Everyone including us laughed. Marcus, Martinus, Lisa and Lena all left leaving us four. "So what now?" Dax asked. We all shrugged. "What were you two doing all afternoon?" Gabs asked. "Playing injustice" we said in unison.

"Nerds" Gabs mumbled. I giggled. "Do you want to stay the night?" Gabs asked. They both nodded. "Okay, Dax your in my room and Dakota your in Kaylee's room" Gabs said. "Okay" we all said. We all ate dinner then went to the rooms.

"So you can have the bed and I will sleep on the floor" I said. "No, you get the bed and I will sleep on the floor." He said. "But your the guest" I said. "Why don't both of you sleep in the bed?" Gabs asked from behind us. "We could" I said. "That's fine" He said.

"Well I came to say goodnight to my best friend" Gabs said. I hugged her. "Night" we said. She left and I turned back to Dakota. We both laid on opposite sides and turned off the lights. I closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep.
