Chapter 6: Mission In Oak Town

Hibiki's POV:
''Okay well Tyraea is officially part of the Trimens team!'' Eve shouted excitedly we all smiled as we looked over the mission board, we had decided that it was just going to be Eve, Ren, Tyraea and I on this mission since Jenny wasn't actually part of our team, she did her missions alone mostly, speaking of she left early this morning to do a mission and for some reason she wanted Ichiya to go on a mission with her so that's what he did.

''Yeah but before we decide on what mission to go on lets give Tyraea the run down of our magic since I'm sure she has no idea what each of us are capable of, and none of us know her magic either so it would be good to be informed of that too'' Ren said I nodded and looked to Tyraea who smiled 

''sure I'll go first then since mines is a pretty common magical ability, but its hard to master only me and one other person has mastered it at the highest level. My Magic is re-quip unlike Erza I can only re-quip my weapons but also unlike Erza I can master both melee and ranged weapons where as Erza is just melee. And of course I can re-quip instantaneously since I have it mastered at the highest level'' Ty said looking to each of us, I nodded with a smile I knew she was strong and this proves it.

''I'll go next, my magic is called archive I can use it to gain knowledge and information on anything and I can hack into anything too given the right time. It allows me to use 4 different abilities the first being information transfer which is as it sounds, I can download things like information and maps into someones mind and help them out. I can also use telepathy which allows me to contact anyone that I know through my mind and I can connect that link with others so the whole group can talk to one another. So I mainly stay back and act as support but I can fight and defend myself if need be by using force blast and force shield, both are as they sound one is a powerful blast that can send my target flying and the other is a shied that can take a lot of damage and magical energy before breaking.'' I said proudly, Ty smiled and hugged into me, I wrapped my arm around her as we looked to Ren who was going next.

''Mines is called air magic, pretty self explanatory but I'll go into my abilities just to be on par with you both. I can use aerial which traps my targets in a dome to which I can lower the oxygen levels which both suffocates and hurts their ears due to the pressure change. Aerial shot shatters the ground and uses the broken pieces of earth as projectiles, aerial levitation can create a light whirlwind under my target to help them fall slower kind of a safe line. Finally aerial phose creates a cyclone around my target damaging them as well as destroying the surrounding area.'' he said smiling 

''well mines is snow magic and I have the choice of 6 different abilities so I'll make this as short as possible first is white blizzard which can lower the temperature in the surrounding area making my targets shiver and lose their focus so they are easier to attack. Blizzard, white out and white fang are all powerful ranged attacks that I can execute and white fury is the same but its a melee attack. Then finally I have snow clone which makes a perfect replica of me made of snow making the target attack it, that gives me time to launch a counter attack'' Eve said we all nodded now getting the gist of each others powers and having a good amount of information to piggyback off of.

''Alright Tyraea how about you pick  job for us, your the new member so the pleasure is all yours'' Ren said Ty nodded and walked forwards taking a few minuets to look all the jobs over before deciding on one and turning back to face us,

''how about this one, its saying that there has been some mysterious dark energy that has surrounded the castle in Oak Town and the people are all trapped in their houses because they're afraid that the energy will poison them or harm them in some other way. I think that this will be good, we can save the people living there and put their minds to ease'' Tyraea said I took the paper off of her and read it over then nodded with a smile,

''good choice lets take it to the master then we can head off'' I said as Eve and Ren nodded in agreement, the master stamped the paper then we all left the guild and got on the first train towards Oak Town.

After arriving in Oak Town

Tyraea's POV:

We all got off the train and started walking through the streets of the town it really didn't take too long to reach the castle because the entire place was dead anyway, to be honest though that wasn't really a surprise since the mission statement read that everyone living here had taken to hiding in their homes.

''Wow look at that, if I were one of these people I would probably be hiding in my home too'' Eve said pointing ahead to where the castle was standing, the entire building was surrounded in a deep purple magical energy mixed with a midnight black colour.

''Alright we need to make a plan'' I said as we all hid in one of the closest side streets just to ensure that whoever was doing this couldn't see us at all,

''right I have an idea, I think Tyraea and I should go in first. She's a really strong fighter both in close combat and at range and I'll be able to back her up really well with my air magic. Hibiki, you and Eve should flank around to the back entrance, keep in contact contact with us all with your telepathy so we all know whats going on and if we need any back up at all. Then once we give the signal you both charge in Eve taking the lead and Hibiki guarding his tail as backup'' Ren said I nodded along with him, it was a solid plan and would give us cover on both sides.

''I agree with Ren air magic used as back up with my ability to attack at any range would be good. His aerial levitation could also help me get some height which could give us the advantage'' I said Eve also nodded but I noticed that Hibiki wasn't saying anything he was looking to me worried. ''Hibiki?'' I asked moving closer to him but as soon as I did he grabbed my wrist and pulled me into a tight hug burying his face in my hair,

''I know this is the best way to give us a strategical, logical and beneficial advantage but I still don't want to be apart from you. I'm worried that if I'm not there I cant protect you and keep my promise to Jellal. Please just promise me that you'll be safe love?'' he said I could hear his voice shaking and that gave me all the information I needed to know that he was worried sick about leaving my side,

''don't worry, remember I stormed the tower of heaven and broke my brother free of Zeref's possession when even Erza couldn't pull that off. I'll be safe and I have Ren there with me watching my back so I'll be fine we both will. Just promise me you and Eve will be careful too I couldn't take loosing either of you, he's one of my best friends and your the love of my life'' I said hugging him back tightly I felt him nod and when I looked over Eve was nodding too.

''Ren please promise me you'll watch her back and keep her safe for me'' Hibiki said look over to Ren who smiled gently and nodded 

''you know I will, she's my best friend just like you and Eve I would give my life to protect you both and I would give my life to protect her too'' Ren said I smiled, glad to know that I was already part of their family circle and that they would go that far to protect me just like I would go that far to protect them.

''Alright then we're all decided, Ren, Tyraea go on ahead whilst Hibiki and I go round the back and wait for your signal. Be careful you guys and once Hibiki has his telepathy up we'll keep in touch'' Eve said as Ren and I nodded, Hibiki pulled me into one final kiss which I returned before we pulled away, and Ren and I ran in the opposite direction.

'Operation Storm Oak Town Castle' is a go!
