Bonne's POV

I walked up the side of Mt. Ebott. My parents had asked me to explore it for myself to see how wonderful it was. They told me many talesabout it, and I had always wanted to climb up there.

Without glancing down, I took another step, and as my foot found air, a familiar scream filled my ears.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!"I flail my arms and curl up into a ball, shutting my eyes.

Fwomp.

I landed on something...soft. I uncurl myself and open a magenta eye. I open the other same colored eye, blinking a couple of times. I stand up. "Howdy!" I jumped and turned around swiftly. "You're new to the underground arent'cha?"

I slowly looked down. "Yea- HOLY POPTART POPPED IN AN IPOD!!!!"There was a flower. With a face. And it talked. "Golly, you must be so confu-"

"Not really."

"Oh. Well would you like some LOVE?" I nod my head. "Sure!" The flower winked, then a couple of pellets, about 10 or 11, surrounded me. As they came toward me, I held out my hand to one. "OW!!"As it made contact with my hand, a few little cuts showed up on my hand. I hissed a bit, holding my hand by the wrist.

I looked up ever so slightly to see the flower smiling evilly, who was laughing maniacally. "You IDIOT. In this world, it's KILL or BE KILLED!"he laughed again, then more pellets surrounded me and start flying towards me.

I closed my eyes and waited for death, but nothing came. I opened an eye, then another one. The cuts had healed and the flower had a confused look on its face. A fireball came out of nowhere, blasting the flower away. A woman came out the shadows. I then noticed it was a goat woman.

>timeskip to the Ruins<

After Toriel introduced herself, she brought me to her home. It was at least a VERY large castle.

We came to a spike puzzle, as Toriel says it is. "My child, would you like to come with me or come after me after I finish the spike puzzle? You are of correct age to follow after I cross."

I nod. "After, please." I might as well be polite, because she did look like a queen. Sort of.

Toriel walked through the spikes as they went down to allow her to pass. After she finished, I copied in her exact steps. "Very well, my child." Toriel says with a smile.

>timeskip to Toriel's house and my bedroom door<

As Toriel rubbed my head, I couldn't help but smile. She was like my real mom. Nice, caring, and, according to the delicious smells, an awesome cook. Not like an average cook when I say awesome cook. I mean awesome.

I opened the door to my room and gasped with amazement. It was a large room. There was a bed in one corner, a dresser next to it, and a lot of other room-necessary things.

"I think you are going to be happy here, my child." Toriel said, startling me a bit. "Me too." I said smiling. Toriel got up and left me marveling at me new room.

That's when a thought popped up in my head. You can't stay here forever, ya know. I said to myself out loud for no particular reason, "I know." I walked in and say on my bed.

"Comfy."

I bounced on the bed a little, seeing how bouncy it was. I flopped backwards, smiling from ear to ear. "I'm gonna love it here, but I need to make it back home." I get up from the bed, going towards the delicious smell that had wafted up stairs.

I wandered into what looked like a kitchen, Toriel taking out what looked like a pie. It smelled like butterscotch.

"Pie?" I asked. Toriel jumped a bit, almost dropping the pie, but she nodded. "I hope you like butterscotch."

I smiled brightly. "Are you kidding me? I LOVE butterscotch!" Toriel smiled. "Good. I made it extra special, just for you!" I sit down at the table, watching Toriel cut a slice. She placed a plate with a piece of pie on it in front of me, along with a fork. "Thank you Toriel." I said picking up my fork.

>After Bonne eats her pie<

I saw Toriel in the living room after I finished my pie. She seemed to be reading. I decided to tell her something. "Hey, um, Toriel?"

"Yes my child?"

Tears brimmed in my eyes as I prepared the statement. "Uh, can I, um, leave the castle? I really need to get back home." A small year made its way down my cheek. Toriel's smile changed to a frown. "Why, my child? I thought you would like it here?

"I-I do! I just have other parents that probably miss me!" I said frantically. This is not going to go well for me...

I wiped the tear from my cheek as I looked at Toriel. She placed a bookmark where she was reading and stood up. "Okay my child. I will give you a phone when we get to the door. That way we can communicate with each other. Just be cautious, my child, that there are dangerous monsters out there." I nod my head. "Okay."

>35th timeskip, this time to the door<

Toriel stops at the door and hands me a phone. She then hugged me. "Good luck, my child." She said with a hint of sadness. "Goodbye, mom." Toriel smiles at the word, and hugs me once again. A tear rolls down my cheek as I open the door. I walk out, ready to begin my journey home.
