Chapter 10

It's mine and Nathan 10 month anniversary today and I'm going to see my mom so Nathan can meet her properly. Last time was a bit lets say 'a bad time' Nathan was nervous. He'd already met jack but dad was a bit overprotective and didn't like me dating. Max isn't coming. Which I'm glad.

"Were here" Nathan said. I looked up at the house and Nathan tensed up. I squeezed his hand tight. I'm a daddy's girl and I'm very close to him. He's been really protective since josh. Me and Nathan walked up to the door hand in hand and knocked on the door. Dad answered the door and I jumped up and hugged him. "Princess it's so good to see you" he smiled. "Good to see you too dad" I smiled back. "Dad this is Nathan, my boyfriend and Max's bandmate" I said turning to Nathan. He held out his hand and my dad took it "nice to meet you sir" "nice to meet you to" he smiled. He smiled that good isn't it.

Me and Nathan walked in hand in hand and walked into the living room. Mum, Jack and aunt Jackie were sitting in the sofas. Jack got up and hugged me and then bro-hugged Nathan. You know when they like grab each others hands and then like shoulder barge each other yea that one. Jackie stood up and hugged me and I introduced her to Nathan. "He's a good looking boy" she whispered. I laughed. The mum stood up.

"Holly I'm so sorry about what happened last time i didn't want any of that to happen I was happy for you and I'm sorry to you aswell Nathan it's just when max wants something he won't stop till he gets it and even though your together now he will try something be careful again I'm sorry both of you" she cried. i hugged her "mum don't worry, I know what max is like I don't blame you me and Nathan have been together 10 months now and we won't let max come in between us again" I smiled.

Nathan walked over to me and grabbed my hand "listen Barbra, sir, trust me I love holly and max needs to accept that I've known him for four years now he'll get over it but we want to be together so I'm not going to let max or anyone come between us. He's just being childish. I understand he's protective because of what happened with that josh prick but he should know me well enough to know I would never hurt Holly I love her to much" he said as he protectively wrapped and arm around my waist. I smiled up at him and Jackie and mum awwed. Dad smiled again "hol you choose a good one this time" he laughed. I smiled and then showed Nathan around we were staying for two days.

We were lying on the bed just talking. I was lying on his chest with his arm around me when someone knocked on the door. "Come in" it was mum. "Holly there's someone here to see you" she said a bit nervous. I got up and walked out the room followed by Nathan. I got down and saw the police. I was a bit scared. "Ermm holly could you please take a seat" the officer asked. I grabbed Nathan hand and sat down on the sofa with him and pulled his hand into my lap. I was shaking. "What's this about" I asked.

"Is this your boyfriend" the officer asked pointing to Nathan. I nodded. "Is this the first boyfriend you've had since Josh Smith" I nodded again. " And does he know about josh" yet again i nodded "can we just get to the point" Nathan asked. "Well Mrs.George I'm sorry to have to say this but as we were transferring him to a different prison we got hijacked and and he escaped and we think he might try and come here" I was shocked but then I just fell into Nathan crying "this can't be happening Nathan he can't find me I can't through that agen" I cried. "Shh it's ok I'm gonna be with you 24/7 I'll keep you safe I promise" he whispered.

"Sir could we please talk to you" they asked Nathan. He kissed my forehead then walked out the room with the police.

Nathan's POV

I walked out the room with the police. "Sir" "please call me nathan"

"Nathan we will do what ever we can to protect holly but mr. Smith is a very clever and dangerous man so we can't promise anything"

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU CANT FUCKING PROMISE ANYTHING. YOU NEED TO PROTECT HER YOUR POLICE YOU KNOW WHAT HES LIKE YOU CAN GET ALL THE RIGHT PEOPLE AND THINGS TO PROTECT HER. THAT GIRLS MY LIFE YOU NEED TO HELP ME KEEP HER SAFE"

"Listen we can only do so much we don't know when he's going to come or even if he's going to come. We can have police protection with you for two months but after that it's up to you. There will be police everywhere you go for the next two months but after that it's left to you and her family we can't do anything else. I understand that you love her and that you want to keep her safe but that's everything we can do" they told me.

I felt like crying. it's like my whole life is in a life or death situation. I know how scared she is of him. "So can we have the police protection them please" they nodded. "Ok I have two officers outside now they can be outside the house for tonight and then well get you two personal officers" I thanked them and went back into holly.

As soon as I walked in she jumped up from her seat and wrapped her arms around me i instantly wrapped mine around her and she cried into my chest. I think it's time I talk to max. I took her upstairs and she curled up in a ball on the bed i got next to her and waited till she fell asleep. It was only 8 so I decided to call max now.

"Hello"

"Max it's Nathan"

'Beep beep beep beep' call ended.

I called him again and again and again. He answered on about the 14th call.

"WHAT DO YOU WANT NATHAN"

"Max please listen to me, holly needs you"

"No she don't she made that clear when she chose her boyfriend over her brother" he snapped. I stared to cry.

"Max please, come down to Manchester now"

"Nathan why are you crying is holly ok"

"It's josh, he's escaped from prison, the police are giving us police protection for two months but after that they said it's up to me to protect her, please max I can't do this on my own" I cried.

"Your not on your own you have my family and the other boys" he hugged.

"But max she needs you listen" I held the phone up to holly she kept whispering max in her sleep.

"Who's that"

"Holly she's asleep but she keeps saying your name please max"

"Fine I'm coming down"

"See you later"

"Bye" with that he put the phone down.
