My biggest regret was falling for you.

It was something about your damn smile.

Or maybe the way we got along so well.

It was like there was finally someone who got me.

Someone who cared and made me feel worth it.

I regret it because it was you.

I never wanted to love you.

I never wanted to feel anything for you.

Lately I've been wondering if I want to feel anything at all.

So many things remind me of you.

So much of which I need to forget.

This works as good as any goodbye letter I guess.

Because in order to feel better...I don't think either of us need the extra company.
