She had first met him on his set for the 'Agust D' MV. She was his makeup artist and while it took a while to get him to warm up to her, she eventually got him talking and was even graced with his happy, gummy smile. He was shy and seemed to be introverted, but she had noticed that once he got to know someone he seemed to be a talker.
His blonde hair had been messy, and he wore grungy clothes that she couldn't help but be overwhelmingly attracted to. She felt blessed to be next to a beautifully handsome man that she got to get up close and personal with, got to see the slight flaws in his pale skin, got to have his dark eyes peer up at her as she put on the eye shadow.
They worked together for three days on the first MV, and when 'Give It To Me' was in production, he personally asked for her to come back as his makeup artist. She spent another three days with him on the set, laughing and talking with him, growing closer to him as she began to learn more about him.
He was quite interested in the fact that she was an American that was fluent in Korean with a Satoori dilect, with a casual sense of clothing style that he complimented, noting that for a makeup artist, she didn't wear makeup herself.
His strange compliments had her blushing against her own pale skin, something he liked to tease her about. Whenever she'd walk onto set, coming in after some of the others, he'd be on his phone, until he noticed her, then he'd casually stuff it into his pocket and plop down into her chair.
Unfortunately, once the shooting was over, they went their separate ways and she didn't hear from him.
Her friend Sura was a huge BTS stan and on one of their fan meet ups and signings, she was pulled along. While she appreciated their music, she wasn't a fanatic like the others in the room. She watched in amusement as they came out and talked to the crowd, causing everyone to laugh and shout at them, before seating themselves at the table.
Her eyes found him at the very end of the table, wearing a black snap back that looked great against his white hair, a plaid red button up thrown over a white t shirt tucked into the front of ripped blue jeans, black high tops completing the look.
He looked good, and she couldn't help 'fan girling' over him. He was only nine months older than her to the date; him March 9th, her Nov 9th; so when she couldn't help but think less than inappropriate thoughts about him, she felt like she wasn't robbing the cradle (like if she'd start having inappropriate thoughts about a cute Jungkookie, even if he wasn't that young anymore).
Sura pulled her in line, making sure they were towards the back so she could enjoy staring at them for as long as possible and talking with the other fans about their bias. She couldn't help but feel giddy when his eyes had scanned the crowd, his tongue swiping along his pouty bottom lip, waiting for those dark eyes to fall on her.
His eyes fell on her and butterflies erupted in her stomach, but he looked back at the girl in front of him. He suddenly frowned, looking back at the crowd, looking for something. She met his eyes in the crowd, a small smile on her face.
