Spike was still in the surgery room and everyone else were still waiting for spike and hoping that he would be okay. sweetie belle was very worried about spike, she was in a ball on the chair she was sitting in, sweetie belle was covered in spike's blood but didn't care about herself. Ripstud walked over to Sweetie Belle and sat next to her and gave her a hug. she then returned the hug, and hugged him tight then began to cry.

"Hey, Sweetie Belle, he's going to be okay, don't worry about it."

"I can't stop thinking about it, I mean he could have already lost all of his blood, he could have died on the way here to the hospital, or-or even-"

"Hey, hey, hey, never think negative, look, I know spike and if there's one thing I know is that he will be okay, he's strong, he's never a quitter, and he's also a little scary cat when I comes to him and a spider."

Sweetie belle giggled form Ripstud side-joke.

"See, there's that smile, he'll be fine don't worry."

Sweetie belle looked at Ripstud and hugged him for cheering her up and didn't want to let go of him. then the double doors opened from where they came from and Applebloom and Scootallo came in, and they ran over to Sweetie belle.

"SWEETIE BELLE!"

"APLLEBLOOM, SCOOTALLO!"

The girls all got in a group hug and we're trying to cheer Sweetie belle up.

"Hey ya' all right?"

"Yea when we heard the news about spike we became very worried and Hurried over to the hospital!"

"Thanks girls I'm okay now."

Scootallo and Applebloom were glad that Sweetie belle was okay, then Scootallo saw Sweetie belle's arm to see that she had a cutie mark tattoo revealed on her arm.

"Gasp, sweetie belle, when did you get your cutie mark, and how?"

Sweetie belle looked at her cutie mark and then looked confused.

"Huh, I don't know, I didn't even know I had it, until now."

"But what does it mean?"

"That's the cutie mark of love," Ripstud jumped in.

"Well you tell me, it is the cutie mark of love, and you do love spike."

Sweetie belle looked at her cutie mark and thought about it.

"Of course I love him, I love him more than I want to get my-

"You were willing to stay with Spike and not get your cutie mark, you put Spike first instead of your cutie mark. That's a sign of love right there."

All of the girls looked at Ripstud like he was all smart and stuff, like he knew a whole lot about cutie marks or like he was really intelligent. Twilight was the most shocked, she knew a Ripstud well, but no like this.

"Ripstud how do you know about cutie marks, I mean it's cool that you know them, but I didn't know you knew them this well."

"Well thanks twi, but I'm just studying a lot about cute marks and well I just sort of guessed this one, plus it's as easy than putting two and two together to get fish.

"Yea exactly."

"I don't get it."
