Melwood(ON HOLD)

Chapter 7

Chris's POV

"Mel, Mel can you hear me?!" I yelled shaking her lightly. I check if she is still breathing and thankfully she is.

"Someone call 911!" I yelled and Chyler took her phone, that was now on the floor, and dialed 911.

"Hi, yes we need and ambulance" Chyler said to whomever was on the phone but I couldn't hear anything. I was just focusing on Melissa, her golden locks hitting the floor, her eyes closed like she was sleeping peacefully.

"Mel, you have to hang on ok?" I said our foreheads now touching. I looked up to see Blake just looking dumbfounded at Melissa.

"What did you do to her?" I screamed at him. He was about to answer until the paramedics came in with a gurney. They lowered the gurney and took Melissa out my arms to put her on the gurney. They put her on the gurney and they put an oxygen mask on her.

"I'm coming with" I told one of the paramedics and he nodded. I was about to walk out with them when Chyler grabbed my arm.

"Don't leave her side" she said

"I won't, deal with him" I said pointing to Blake and Chyler nodded. I walked back to the paramedics that were already halfway on my driveway. I grabbed Melissa's hand and held on until we reached the ambulance. Out of the corner of my eyes I could see flashes of light going on and off. I looked slightly at the flashing lights and the paparazzi were going crazy. I'll give it about 30 minutes before it's all over the news. I thought to myself. We entered the ambulance and the paramedics closed the door. They got into the driver and passenger seat and started driving fast to the hospital. About 10 minutes later we reached the hospital and there were 2 doctors waiting for us at the entrance. The paramedics opened the doors and started to take the gurney out.

"28- year old woman, unconscious, blood pressure normal, breathing low." One of the paramedics told one of the doctors. I grabbed Melissa's hand as we were rushing to one of the trauma rooms.

"Sir, you can't be in here" One of the nurses told me while holding her hand up to my chest.

"I can't leave her side" I said grabbing onto Melissa's hand tighter.

"Sir, please you can't be in here." The nurse said again. I looked at Melissa, having the oxygen mask on, being stiff and unconscious. I let go of her hand and took a step back.

"Please tell me when I can see her again." I plead to the nurse.

"Of course, you can wait in the waiting room." She said pointing to the left. I nodded and left Melissa with the doctors. I walked to the waiting room and sat down. Taking deep breaths. My right leg wouldn't stop shaking. I kept moving up and down rapidly. My hands went through my hair roughly. She is going to be fine. I tried to convince myself. I took out my phone and dialed Chyler's phone number.

"Hello?" Chyler said frantically

"Hey Chy, Melissa is with the doctors right know but I had to leave. I think she is fine. How are things with Blake?" I asked.

"Thanks for the update and I'm going to hospital right now. Oh and Blake, he disappeared. After you left with Melissa, he just ran out the door and got in his car and drove away." Chyler said, confusion evident in her voice. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion and placed my hand on my forehead and rested my elbow on my knee.

"That's strange . Hey do you know why Melissa was so mad about seeing him? I thought there weren't any harsh feelings between them." I said still very confused.

"That's not for me to tell. I'll be at the hospital in 10" she said and hung up the phone. I looked at my phone and decided to check the news, to see if they already posted about the ambulance at my house. First, I check E! News and low and behold, the first story that appears, is about Melissa on a gurney and me going with her.  Then Entertainment Tonight and TMZ. It's was all over the internet. There were photos all over the news sites and Instagram, Facebook, and twitter. They took photos of Melissa and I leaving in the ambulance. I hit refresh on all of the sites and there's new pictures. The pictures are of Blake rushing out of my house and getting in his car. I guess Chyler was right. I scrolled down and there was one more picture. It was of Melissa and Blake kissing. The picture was blurry, but you could make out who was there. I sighed and turned off my phone. That's enough for now.
