last night
you barge into the depths of my wandering mind
the entirety of you felt strange yet so much familiar
i ran away
the moment that your arms extended to get a hold of mine"you did that again."
with those saddened eyes— a sight that pierces through my soul, that exalt me of my foolishness of ever letting you go.
you made me think twice
thrice
upto four and five times
"im sorry"
im a wretch and you must better be off without me
i woke up,
pillows soaked the next morning'have i been crying?'
you're not the one who turned your back on me,
you never did.
so why am i like this?
regretting something that i didn't
had the balls to face, to begin with.
