In my opinion mental disease is the worst in all of the diseases out there,
You are the one who hurt yourself
Yourself is your enemy
And for you to heal,
you need to
overcome yourself who is hurting,
you need to fight your weak self...
'That feeling when I want to hurt myself was the most hurting part of being hurt..
Cause I don't want it but still do it even though I don't like it but I can't control it..'
For you who want to give up, please don't, cause your not alone even you think you are..
God is always there for you..
And you need to love yourself..
Cause all of us our important in this world
