"Why is that.. Senpai?" you cooed and shivers ran down his spine, giving you a chance to free yourself from him. "Maybe I invited you because I know how to handle you?"
His eyes wide, face flushed bright up to his ears. "H-how did you know?!"
"Iwa-chan told me, what did you think how? Though what puzzles me more is, aren't there a lot people calling you Senpai?"
"You pretty much blew in my ear and...it's something different when you say it." slightly embarrassed he picked up his clothes, folding and putting them into his bag. "Sorry I couldn't help myself. I'm a guy and... we're alone."
"It's fine."
"It's not, I-" he sighed, giving up his thought and standing up "I'll go home now. Don't forget what we talked about, spend more time with other friends... but..."
He walked closer to you, wrapping his arms around your neck and pulling you towards his chest. "Don't forget about me, text me whenever you think of me, call me when you miss me, visit me at least once a week and I'll visit you too. I don't want that when you're in your second year and I'm done with school that you missed out on making friends because of me.""...and I thought you only wanted more time to practise."
"How mean, you know that I only think of you. Honestly, how could you have failed Seijoh's entrance exam, even Iwa-chan passed- Uff" you boxed his side.
"You're the usual Trashykawa, I see..."
"Don't become violent like Iwa-chan, stay the cute little queen you've always been!"
"Your queen?"
"Yes, yes, yes, yes! That's even better..." he rubbed his head against yours in an affectionate matter "I feel like your attacks got deadlier, my heart isn't going to take much more of your cuteness.. but I don't want to let go. It's so hard." and yet he removed himself from you slowly.
"You're pretty clingy."
"Bear with it, it's too late to back out now." with a smile he grabbed his bag and made his way towards the door, slipping on his shoes before leaving. Just as you went to the doorframe to tell him goodbye a familiar female voice echoed through the hallway.
"Arara? Look who we got here, didn't know we're neighbours?" Akuzawa stood before you with grocery bags and a cheeky grin.
"Oh look, it's the rebound who no one likes!" at your remark Oikawa held back a laugh and kissed your cheek before leaving. He knew you wouldn't need his help.
"Heh~, but back then your man still chose me over you and didn't even wanted to break up with me? He was pretty much into me."
You took a few steps forward until you stood intimidating in front of her
"You've just said it... my man.. and he was into you.""You finally bite back huh? Is it because you can't see him except after school and are scared that someone else will snatch him away? Because that's very likely. You thought he was popular back then? Then guess again, you have no idea how popular he's now. Doesn't matter how much he loves you, in the end he's just a guy and he will give in sooner or later when you're not there. Too bad."
"I have not the slightest reason to not trust him, especially when it's someone rotten like you who goes after him. He's not just any guy, he's different from the trash that you hang around. He's a good guy. He's loyal. You don't know anything about him."
"Oh but you do? I doubt that because, well... you left him for two years and didn't even kept in contact after a year. And let me guess, you found yourself a man there and that's why you stopped texting him. And when he dumped you, desperate you came back for naive Oikawa-kun. Because when it comes to you he loses his good judgement and you took advantage of that. I may be rotten but you don't deserve him either. You had your chance." and with that she turned around sharp and went into her apartment while you still stood there frozen.
