"Émilie! What are you doing out here at 6 a.m? Your suppose to be at school at 6:30 and instead your  riding around in a forest!"

"Mom, I needed fresh air" I replied

"And that's your excuse, for running away from home?" she said as she became red with anger.

"I didn't run away, i just decided to come ride Bella" Is there anything wrong with that?

"Riding a horse at 6 a.m! Really Émilie? your out here by yourself in this horrible forest-"

I cut her "-It's not horrible, it's beautiful" I said.

"It's dangerous out here, she explained, And we were going to come together to the stable tonight anyways, so why did you have to come this morning? couldn't you wait?"

"No Mom, I don't like it when you come to the stable with me !, I need to be alone sometimes"

"No, What you NEED is supervision!" she screamed.

"But Mom, No one is ever going to come for me, that letter was probably a joke" I muttered.

"I won't talk about this here" she whispered loudly.

But she never wants to talk about it. She never wants to understand.

"Anyways, she said, Your bags are in the car, get off of that horse, I'm driving you to school"

"Great..." I said sarcastically, as my mom turned around, trying to walk in the mud with her heels.

I was so mad. Why can't she ever let me do something without supervision. I know that running away wasn't the best idea, but it was the only way that I could be alone. I squeezed my legs a little on Bella's stomache and came riding fast beside and past my mom. When i arrived at the stable, I put away my saddle and bridle and went running in the car, slamming the door behind me. My mom had put a change of shirt on my seat which i changed into as fast as I could. She then arrived in the car trying to make me smile.

"I think that walk made me get some exercise... " she said winking at me.

I didn't replie. In fact I didn't talk to her the whole ride to school. When we arrived, I grabbed my bags from the backseat and got out of the car in a hurry. I then, heard the car window scrolling down.

"Émilie, honey, I know its not fair for me to always follow you around, I won't supervise you anymore" she said as i came running back to the car with a big smile on my face, I kissed her on the cheek,  thanked her deeply and off I was through the school door.

Walking into a school is actually much more interesting than you think. You notice the popular kids, the lowerclassed, the princesses, the douchbags, the guys every girl daydream about, The hotties and then, people like me; people who don't ask for attention but who are friendly with everyone, we aren't lowerclassed, neither popular... actually, no one is able to figure out what we are.

"Hey! M" screamed Vanessa, one of my good friends.

"Hey" I smiled. walking up to her.

"So, how did your mom take it?" she grinned.

"Take what?"

"Well, you running away this morning" she giggled as I walked up to my locker.

"How do you know?" I asked.

"Sorry, kinda sliped out" answered Flora in an innocent voice. Flora was another good friend of mine, I had just forgotten that she can't hold the pressure of secrets.

" Slipped out very easily" Vanessa said, proud of herself.

"Well, she took it rather good, in fact she won't supervise me anymore" I answered smiling.

They both smiled with joy for me.

"So you can hangout with us anytime now?" asked Flora.

"I guess so" I said as I took my books.

"But I'll have to take it slow for now-" I contuinued "- It's kinda new for my mom so-"

"M..." Vanessa cut me.

I contuinued anyways "- She'll probably be very nervous at first and-"

"M!..." Flora repeated.

"Could you guys please stop interrupting-"

"Émilie, look at that guy..." said Vanessa.

I turned around and looked.

" A new guy..." i said, Astonished.
