Resident Evil 7 (Reader insert)

Mia

(This might have some Ethan x Reader in it. Just to let you guys know)

"Well I'm scarred for life. Again." Fli said shakily. "At least we found the way we have to go." you said looking at the bright side. You started to hear footsteps down the hall. Fli pulled the door handle and a secret door opened up like in the tape. Ethan went first, then Fli, and then you. You looked back to see the doorknob jiggling. You quickly went in the door and closed it. 

Ethan climbed down the ladder only for it to break and cause him to fall, Fli to hold on for dear life, and for you to cling on the wood floor since Fli clung on to your foot. The top of the ladder Ethan was climbing unfortunately broke which was the bottom of what Fli was climbing. So basically, Ethan fell, Fli is clinging on to your ankle, and you think your ankle is bleeding since Fli's nails are digging in your ankle. "Y/N, Fli! Are you okay?" Ethan said with a worried tone. "No..?" Fli said. "What do you think?" you said sarcasticly. "I wonder if the sarcasm in the tape was contagious.." Fli said. "Fli, let go." Ethan said. "Um I'm sorry, but did you just tell me to LET GO?!" Fli said clinging on to your ankle tighter. "Don't worry I'll catch you." Ethan said trustingly. "So you DID tell me to let go." "Now isn't the time to start an argument." you said. "You PROMISE to catch me Ethan?" Fli said. It sounded like she didn't want to trust him. "Trust me. Do you think I'd let you fall?" Ethan said. Fli was silent. She let go screaming a little. Ethan caught Fli as he promised. She was clenching Ethan's shirt with her eyes shut. Ethan put her down. You dropped down and Ethan caught you. You stared at his eyes. "Um, may I remind you that YOU'RE MARRIED?" Fli said to Ethan. You were currently blushing and Ethan noticed so he set you down. You all went deeper in to what looked like a basement or storm shelter. Fli starting singing, "We're off to see the wizard, the horrible wizard of death. I don't wanna die, I'm gonna cry if there is no way out. You don't wanna see me pout or else I will shout. And i ran out of words." "10/10 top song of 2017." you said. You then came across a flooded area. You had no choice but to wade your way through. Fli stopped halfway through the slope that led down. "Come on let's go." you said. "I can't. The water's too deep." she responded. She was right. You and Ethan were a head taller than her, but out of the 3 of you, Ethan was the tallest. And plus the water stopped at Ethan's collar bone which meant it stopped at your mid neck.   Either way, one of you had to give her a piggyback ride to get her across. You (or Ethan) volunteer to carry her and then you (or Ethan) continue. Fli watches the bubbles rising to the top of the murky and green water. A body (most likely Andre's) floats up from the water, causing you/Ethan to let go of Fli's legs causing her to lose her balance and fall back and hit her head on the plank of wood you/Ethan just went under. "OW SHIMMER STARS!" she cursed. Her replacement curse words are strange. It wasn't long until you found an end to this watery grave; a way out. You/Ethan set Fli down and then you got out of the water.

You followed the path when you went through a door. You followed.along the path to find a cell. With Mia in it. Ethan shook the fence (which was very loud) but Fli stopped him. "Would if someone hears? We'll be dead since we kinda broke into someone's house." Fli said. Fli wandered off (AGAIN) and you found her picking up a pair of boltcutters she found on a bench. She gave them to Ethan, but you caught her staring at a wooden board with scribbles saying 'my family' on it. She mumbled something but you couldn't make out what she said. You shrugged it off and turned to see Ethan in Mia's cell. "Mia! Than god I found you. It's me. It's Ethan!" Ethan said. Mia woke up. "Ethan? Y/N? Fli?" Mia said. "Are you alright?" Ethan asked. "You shouldn't be here." Mia told him. "I don't think we should stay here. If we shouldn't be here we should go." Fli whispered. "What do you mean? You contacted me." Ethan was confuzzled.  "No, no I wouldn't. Did I?" Mia was also confused. "Did anyone see you? Did he see you?" Mia said. "He? Who else is here? What's going on?" Ethan said. "Daddy's coming. We need to go." Mia said grabbing Ethan's hand. Fli snickered. "Daddy" she said. She stopped laughing. "Sorry." she said. "Daddy?" Ethan asked. "We need to go-NOW!" Mia said going out of the cell. "Y/N." Fli said to you. "Yeah?" you asked. "Would if this- 'Daddy' person is the guy that Ethan saw when he pulled us down?" she asked. "That's a good question. Theorizing could help us find answers." you said. "Where are you taking us?" Ethan asked. "Someplace safe." Mia responded. "Are you gonna tell me what's going on? Baby, you've been gone for 3 years." Ethan said. (Fli: CRINGE) "3 years? Has it really been 3 years? (That kinda explains why you 3 look older.)" Mia said. You walked in a small space while Mia was looking through the cracks of the wooden planks. She was walking slowly and carefully. "What is this place? What did they do to you?" Ethan asked. Jeez so many questions. "Not now. We need to get out of here first....I think it's this way." Mia said as she walked out of the end of the space. You were led carefully through a room of mainly stone. Blood splattered cloths lay on a bed along with strange bags on the ground. "Mia, we have to talk. That message you sent me..." Ethan trailed off. "Not me. That wasn't me!" Mia stopped walking. "But you did." Ethan said. "I didn't!" Mia said. "Ok fine. Just tell me what's going on." Ethan said. "I'm telling you everything that I know. We have to go this way." Mia said shakily. "Mia, are you sure you know where you're going?" Ethan asked. "The family used to bring me food through here. I remember." Mia said going into an EVEN smaller space. First went Ethan after Mia, then you and then- WHERE DID SHE GO? You went back to find Ms.Wander AKA Fli. "Help...anyone? Y/N? Ethan? Mia?" you heard a familiar voice say. You went over to find Fli with her foot caught on what looked like a rope trap. She was stuck and her body was twisted so she couldn't untie herself on her own. "W-what- how? Just how?" you asked. "Can you just untie me? Please? Ethan's probably long gone by now." Fli said. You sighed and untied her foot. She got off the ground and followed you. "Ethan? Mia?" you whispered. You walked the only path there was and went through the door. Mia was mumbling while sitting on a couch. "Y/N! Fli! Where have you been?!" Ethan said. "Um.." you weren't sure what to tell him. "I got mai foot stuck on a rope. :3" Fli said. Ethan had a 'Are you kidding me' look. You shook your head as she DID in fact, get her foot stuck. You and Ethan explored another room only to hear Mia yell, "Leave me alone!" and a loud crash. "No no no-" you heard someone get cut off and then a thud. You and Ethan ran to see a hole in the wall, Fli laying on the floor, and Mia gone. Fli was clutching her head groaning in pain. "What happened?!" you and Ethan asked. Fli shook her head but immediately stopped. She wasn't having the best luck was she. Ethan gently removed her hand away from her head to see her hand bloody and a cut on her forehead. You pulled out a damp cloth you had lying in your pocket since you were too lazy to take it out. You wiped off her hand and laid the cloth on her forehead. You went upstairs to find it raining outside. You went into a bathroom and  a bottle with a nurse sign on it. It was medication since you tested it on your bleeding ankle. You went back and poured some on the bloody cloth and put it on Fli's head and once you took the cloth off after 5 minutes, it healed. Ethan was still looking around and he found a map. You all went back up when Ethan heard a noise (mainly breathing) in the basement. Now you HAVE to stay with Fli. She always got hurt, stuck, or got into trouble. You had a close eye on her. You were about to tell Fli to stay close but Ethan got thrown back against the wall. Ethan got up, groaning in pain. Mia had a knife and threw Ethan to the ground and started stabbing him. She only cut his arms (luckily) but then she stuck the knife through hand. Ethan was groaning, doing the best he could to block her attacks. Fli watched behind you. That was it. "Fli, promise me you'll stay here. Hide! Go!" you told her she obeyed and tried (AHEM TRIED) to hide but failed as Ethan was saying "Mia! Wait. Wait!" and Mia missed Ethan but stabbed Fli's shoulder as she was running. You heard the loudest scream of pain you have ever heard in your life. Ethan held the knife between his hands (Ow) but they slipped as  were trying to sneak behind Mia so she ended up cutting your arm. Ethan's hands were cut and bloody and your shirt was wet with the blood seeping through your shirt. Mia dropped the knife. " I can hear her...I can feel her clawing her way back inside of me. Get OUT! Leave me alone!" Mia said banging her head against the wall. "I've been bad. I deserve this." she said banging her head one last time (ONE LEAST TIME- ahem sorry.). Then she passed out. "What the fuck are you Mia?" Ethan said. Fli came out of her hiding place with tears running down her face. (Ooh spittin bars) you poured some of the medication on Ethan's hands, you arm, and Fli shoulder. She took off her glasses and wiped her tears away. There wasn't a hole in Ethan's hand anymore. MAGIC HAPPY JUICE. Just when you thought everything was all hunky dory, Mia got right back up and threw Ethan through the wall. "Jesus, he's a man not a ragdoll!" Fli whispered to you. Mia ripped a sharp piece of wood off the wall. "GO!" she said. Ethan grabbed a conveniently placed axe and got up. They were fighting, Ethan blocked her attacks and stabbed her in the shoulder after she jabbed the piece of wood in his side. She fell to the ground with a puddle of blood forming. The phone started ringing. "The phone, The phone is ringing! The phone! We'll be right there! There's an animal in trouble" Fli starting singing Wonder Pets. "Childhood. Gotta love it." she said. Ethan went to get the phone. He was talking to a girl named Zoe. Ethan turned back. You went to check on Mia but she was gone...."Ethan...WE GOT A SITUATION!"

A/N sorry I took too long to update. I doubt anyone's reading this story. But this is just for fun! :3
