Why do people fall in love?

Well that's easy, for most. You look at the person and everything stops for a while. Every word he says will ring again and again, even the slightest sigh, to your ears. Sleeping seems to be harder because reality is much better than your dreams. His reality.

When you wake up, the "good morning" message pops up and you immediately smile. Sometimes you even pretend to wake up late just so you won't be the first to say good morning.

Then after a few months, you start to say the good mornings first. He sleeps early and wakes up late so you say the good nights last. Stupid love.

You start to want more attention because his attention becomes divided with all the works at home, at school, and his social life. He thinks you will always be there. Then you reason out to yourself, he needs space, not everytime I have to know what he is doing. But then you become less patient and more demanding. He becomes loose in your relationship.

Why do people fall out of love?

Well, love is strange. It can be there in a minute, but it can just fade as if blown by the wind and the air you breathe.

You just remember all those funny, weird dates you have. All the food you eat while watching his favorite movies, all things that were given by him, every thing he touched, had meaning to you. But all of them were nothing to him.

Does he even remember your dress on your first date? Or what you talked about on that day? The way your hair was styled? Or just the simple joke you cracked to break the silence?

But you did. You remembered all of that.

And when it hurts too much you tell him how much you are hurting. That is when he says you have to let go of each other. He says that you can't be happy if you're getting hurt. But the truth is, he doesn't feel that tingles around your finger tips anymore. He doesn't feel the sparks between you and him. He doesn't have that excitement on his eyes he used to have everytime he sees you. He won't even bother asking how your day went.

You see, people can easily fall in love. And people can also fall out of love. So when you meet that one person you truly, madly, deeply fell in love with, love him as if your lifeline depends on it. Show him how much he means to you. Admit it, "cute" relationships isn't going to last. You have to be real. It's okay to get hurt.
