"Please, tell me that you won't become one of those girls who forgot her best friend to be all the time kissing her boyfriend."

"No Maggs, I won't." I said. I cannot imagine myself like one of those girls that seems to be attached to her boyfriend all the time, trying to kill everyone that stares at her boy. I took my usual spot next to Maggs of course, I cannot let her down like that. I never cared about making more friends because I had her so, neither did she.

That morning I tried not to look any different just because I have now a boyfriend, he like me with my average look so there's no need to go extra now. Except for the fact that my boyfriend ex will be in the same class the whole day.

"Hey ladies!" Marcus greeted us.

"Hey" Maggs answered, trying to look uninterested while opening a notebook.

"Lyles, where's your boyfriend? I need to talk with him." he asked me.

"Oh I'm sorry." I checked the pockets of my uniform. "Nope, he's not here."

He gave me a mean look.

"Come on! I'm not his mom and I'm not tracking his location 24/7." Call him or... There he is." I said pointing to the door where John just came in. "Go get him tiger."

"You are in a bad mood today, you should be happy but no. Your usual assassin mood is permanent."

"What did you said?" John asked as he reached us. He smiled at me. "Hey Lyles, how are..."

"Hey Jonathan!" A disgusting voice muttered while approaching us. No fucking way.

"Please god no, not the Ape." Maggs said.

Camila joined our small group as she hang her arm to my boyfriend's arm. He looked at her with a clearly scared face and then looked at me.

"Jonathan I need to talk to you, right now." she demanded. Who is she to demand something to my boyfriend? She felt the hostile looks from Maggs, even Marcus and of course, me. "Oh I'm sorry to interrupt your talk guys but this is really important. By the way, happy belated birthday Lyla, hope you had an amazing day."

"Oh she did, she had a great time with her boyfriend the whole weekend." Maggs said.

"Look at you! Finally growing up and getting a boy!" Please note that she is still holding John's arm, whom is not doing anything to change that. "I bet he's not a smart guy or he wouldn't date a weirdo like you, right John?" she smiled at him.

"What?" he answered. Seriously John?

I saw how Maggs was about to reply when Camilla dragged John out of the classroom.

"What the hell is wrong with that idiot?" Maggs asked me. "And I'm not talking about that little and evil monkey, I mean that idiot you have for a friend. Is this the planet of the apes?" Now she was talking to Marcus.

She kept ranting about what happened with Marcus while I was seriously shocked. Should I go and show her whom is my boyfriend? No Lyla, this is not a telenovela... right? Someone has to be the mature one, nobody knows that he is my boyfriend yet and he's probably telling her that right now.

"Hey guys! Camilla and Jonathan are kissing outside! They're back together!"

Or probably not.

The announce was made from one of our classmates and I stood up. I made my way to the corridor just to find my boyfriend looking at Camilla with a weird face while she was wrapping her arms around his neck.

"I'm going to break all of his bones." Maggs said walking to where John was but Marcus stopped her. "Let me go!" She yelled, which gathered the attention of Camilla and John. As he looked at me he immediately moved Camilla away from him. She was surprised but tried to hug him again. He seemed upset as he started talking with her and I felt dizzy, my dream lasted almost 3 days.
