Your POV

I sat on the bench, freezing.It was December 25, a beautiful Christmas indeed.The snow was like a crisp snowball ....like shaved ice. ( lol)
"Gosh it's so cold".I muttered.I checked my phone and it said 4:30 AM. "Almost morning".I thought. I didn't quite know why I came to sit out here. I guess it was because I knew shadow might be out here,checking the mail. He always comes out at this time,which Is odd. I went ahead and got up. I started to walk into my house when I heard a snap.I whipped around to see a black and red streaked hedgehog."Oh.. Shadow!" "hey Y/N"..He blankly stated. "You look cold".He said again. I couldn't believe it when he handed me a jacket. "What's... This?" I was so confused. Why did he care? "um..a jacket".He replied smiling barely and lifting his eyebrows. "Thank you!". I said,gently taking it and putting it around my cold body. "No problem".He stated. I asked,"what are you doing out here this early?". "More like what are 'you' doing out here,hm?" He said,smiling. I blushed wildly at what he said. He couldn't know the reason.

"Did he have the same reason"?

"What are you thinking Y/N" .I muttered to myself. Realizing I said everything outloud,i lifted my head to see shadow not in sight. "weird...". I mumbled. I went ahead and moved on to my house, I opened the door and went inside. "A break from the cold,at least". I said to myself,closing the door and going to the kitchen. I grabbed a cup of hot chocolate and sat down to watch TV. I started to browse around the channels,and eventually fell asleep.

~seven AM, when she wakes up~

Your POV.. Again

I woke up on the couch picking up my phone and looking at the time. It was 7 a.m. But I then heard a knock at the door so I went to the door and opened it to see Shadow standing there."Oh hey shadow".I said,smiling. Suddenly,he walked forward and kissed me passionately. My eyes were wide and my cheeks were red,my eyes then began to close, and I kissed back. We gently broke the kiss and i looked up at him. I was shocked when he said," I love you Y/N." "I love you to shadow." I replied. He then said he had to go for his mom sent him a text message saying that she needed him, i knew he wasn't lying, because he had showed me. When he had left I went to my room. I was still trying to process what had just happened. But whatever had just happened was...amazing. "Wow.. He.. Really knows how to kiss"..I thought. Like I said,it was almost morning. I was glad that it was Christmas break,for I had almost gotten ready for school. By this time it was 8:36 A.M. ( in morning). I was tired. I didn't quite know what to do,so I went back outside and sat on my porch,fingering the snow. (lol). I was startled to see shadow coming towards me. "Hey Y/N." He Said. "Would you like to come to the store with me?" "Of course!" I said excitingly. We walked out to the sidewalks and around to his house.We then hopped in the car. I blushed as he opened the car door for me. I went in and strapped my seat belt. "Alrighty let's go". He said,looking at me with a smile. We began driving
