Jinxx's POV
*Flash back*
It was dark, and I still wasn't home.
'Dad's gonna kill me for sure.'
I think.
I sneak in through the back door.
"Charlie! Get down here you worthless piece of shit! NOW!"
He screams at me.
I do as he says, and go down the steps softly, slowly-like a mouse.
I'm slapped in the face, but don't say anything back in fear.
"What did I do this time?"
I ask.
"Everything! You make my life miserable!"
He shouts spitting in my face.
He pushes me to the ground, and begins kicking me.
I bite my lip.
*end of flashback*
I storm out of my bedroom, but go back in right away knowing I forgot something. I rummage through my closet, my clothes, and my drawers like a wild animal, who am I kidding-I am a wild animal-I'm fuck'n insane with what I'm about to do.
"Ah! Found it!"
I say quietly under my breath as I twist a shiny, new, little blade in my fingers.
I don't think, and cut my self five times.
"Jinxx how are y-what the hell are you doing! Jinxx stop!"
CC shouts.
I drop the blade as it comes crashing down on the floor making a sharp noise that echoes throughout my room.
I watch as the blood trickles down my arm, and onto the floor.
"Andy! Jake! Jinxx! Ashley!"
CC screams.
They all come running up at the same time.
"What happened!"
Jinxx shouts.
"Did hello kitty die!?"
Andy says.
Ashley nudged Andy.
"Oh my god! JINXX!!!"
CC shouts.
"What the hell! Are you okay?"
Jake says.
"Why'd you cut?"
Andy says.
I'm quiet.
"Why you cut Jinxx?"
Jake shouts.
"I-I.....had a flashback. I got scared. I thought I wasn't worth it so I had to punish myself."
I tell them.
"Come on. We have to clean you up."
CC says putting his arm around my shoulder.
CC is becoming like a father to me, and so is Andy. Jake, he's more of a motherly figure, and Jinxx is like a brother too me at this point.
CC leads me to the bathroom.
"Sit on the counter bud."
He tells me.
I pull myself up onto the counter, as CC rummages through the cabinet for gauze, and medical tape.
"Why do we not have any medical tape, or fuck'n gauze!"
CC says.
"Check down stairs! I'll put a trinket on Jinxx's arm."
Andy says.
"Please Jinxx, I'm not mad at you. Just a little bit disappointed. Please don't do this again. If you need something, or something is wrong, or upsetting you, please come get me."
Andy says.
"Or any of us Jinxx."
Jake says.
I nod, and lower my head. I'm so ashamed of myself.
"Got it!"
CC says bolting up the stairs, and flying into the bathroom.
"Here, help."
CC says to Jake.
Jake cleans my cuts, as CC prepares the gauze, and Andy holds my arm up, and steady.
"Ashley, go get the scissors!"
CC says.
While Ash goes to get the scissors, Jake tells me I'm gonna be okay.
"I'm sorry guys. Andy I'm so, so, so sorry."
I say holding back tears as Ashley comes running up with the scissors.
"Here you go."
Ashley says handing them over to CC.
He cuts the gauze, and wraps it, and Andy places tape over the parts of the gauze that are loose.
"Thanks guys. I'm so, so, so sorry!"
I plead.
"It's alright Jinxx."
