Nefarious
Lana White, the allusive woman living in 221C. Sherlock has known her for as long as he's lived on Baker Street, she's always just been there. They never spoke, just a fleeting glance of each other around the corner, like a wraith. That is, until Lana becomes a necessity to Sherlock that he would rather not have.
She was a drug, constantly with you, prodding at your brain from under the surface. Drugs are dangerous, addictive, and sometimes lethal, something the innocent girl with the innocent name prides herself on. Sociopath? No, she's much worse. If only Sherlock noticed the psychotic glint in her eye the first time they met.
Or
Lana White is an up and coming psychiatrist specializing in violent and criminal patients. Her job is to distinguish whether those going on trail with an insanity plea are actually insane, and to diagnose and treat criminally insane patients in her hospital. Her coworkers tend to despise the fact that such a young, pretty face is working with their dream patients, and they think they have her figured out.
Lana isn't special, or clever. No, she's a whore. She slept her way through the ranks of doctors, ending up where they all want to be. Probably sleeping with the patients too, they mutter amongst themselves, how she gets such good results. Lana isn't bother by the rumors, she enjoys them, even fueling the fire of her petty coworkers. Wear a low cut blouse or dress and watch them dance.
Her home isn't special, and it definitely wasn't special when she first acquired it, but she loves a fixer upper, and the price was just to good to resist. Now she has neighbors, the landlady and the consulting detective, even if she rarely converses with them. When Sherlock's flatmate moves in, it's another simple nod of recognition, and a call upstairs to who just waltzed into 221C, high heels and low cut dress offering a glimpse into her personality.
Now Sherlock needs the help of the psychiatrist, but she isn't exactly eager. However, she's always on the lookout for more toys, and Sherlock is decently convincing, especially when armed with the napoleon of crime as her reward. Too bad psychopaths and sociopaths don't get on.
