"Dear me your blushing"! He chuckled to himself and smiled "Your very beautiful underneath the lamp light". I growled to myself and rolled my eyes to hide my feeling...thank god it was dark! I slammed my hands down on the table, "THIS IS NOT SPEED DATING MR.DELAGE THAT IS QUITE ENOUGH"! A hushed silence fell over the room and he stared at me with a blank expression. "I'm sorry to have caused you such discomfort ma'am". He looked down at the table embarrassed. "Now I assure you this has no effect on you getting out of this bloody place". He perked up a bit hearing that, "you're a mighty fine detective indeed ma'am thank you! But may I ask why"? I gave him a puzzled expression and was reluctant to answer so to buy time I shot out a "Why what"? He rolled his eyes due to the fact he probably already saw my motives, He knew I was seeing hearts above his head.

I looked at him sternly as he did the same to me, On the outside I was cold and strong as every detective should be but on the inside my heart was racing and my pulse was pounding. I tapped my folder on the metal table and looked back up at him, "He hasn't looked away once"! I said to myself. "So does this mean I will get to leave this hell hole"?  I looked down at what I had written and sighed, "That will be up to the court Mr.Delarge its not in my hands". He nodded and looked about the room,  I was about to stand up until he spoke one more time. "May I ask your name my fair lady"? I turned to him and smiled, "Annabeth Rowlen Wolfhouse". I stood up walked to the door and left the room never to return. My mind stared to race again thinking of those beautiful eyes looking straight into my soul, "What if the courts don't release him...what if he kills

I had not been watching were I was walking because just as I snapped into consciousness I heard a loud "WHAM!" then realized that the sudden thud was my own self tripping over an IV tube. I stood up and brushed my pants off and continued to walk down the long prison hallway, As I approached the large metal doors to the outside world two guards met me to walk me out. The doors parted ways and I walked out to the bus to take me to the courthouse. The bus driver greeted me warmly and I sat near the front just to be sure I would get there on time. The bus had a sudden tension about it nobody spoke and nobody would make eye contact to me, "This is strange". I thought to myself "Typically theres many a few conversations going on at once". They all just stared at eachother and back to me till the bus reached its creeking stop at the front steps, I was the first to get off and made my way into the courthouse to settle this case once and for all!

"The Delarge case is now in session, Ms.Wolfhouse please state your findings to the honorable Judge Masterie". I walked slowly from the podium with the folder in hand and set it at the judges hands, he snatched it quickly. "Like everyone else in this bloody city he probably just wants him dead". I thought. They looked over my observations as I walked back to the bench to sit, they whispered and pointed most seemed either pleased or dumbfounded by my findings Finally the head judge cleared his throat and asked me, "How do you think we pleaded this case Ms.Wolfhouse"? I became sickly and stiff with my blood running cold and his stern face ripping into my eye sockets I jaunted, "Guilty..." The judge smiled at me and nodded his head but before I could appose he slammed the gavel down, "Case settled Alex Delarge to stay in prison for 28 more years with no bail". I was beyond angry, something like never before irrupted in my gut and made me want to kill, the judge wrote me a prison slip and sent me on my way. As I walked out of the court room my eyes were red and tearing up, I wanted the killer freed and that's what was going to happen!

The bus trip back seemed to take years and this time I was the only person on. The driver seemed concerned for me, as if he thought or knew something bad was going to happen to me at any given moment of time. I was a brooding mess in my seat, plotting and schemeing on how to murder a judge. "I'm becoming him..". Just as we pulled up the sun started to set, "Perfect". I thought as I almost ran insideto the Warden. "I Need to see Alex." I said and pulled out my badge. He did not say a word to me, he whistled to the gaurds, "Take this lady to cell 127 she needs a word with the Delarge boy". They led me down a narrow hallway with wooden doors we walked for some time untill we reached a large dark wooded door with 127 painted on it. "This is it ma'am". The left gaurd said as he handed me a key. "Good luck and dont let him smart talk you". I nodded and waited for them to leave.

As their footsteps became faint I knocked on the cell door and heard his beautiful voice say "come in". I walked in to his astoundment and shut the door behind me, "Alex how are you". I said breathlessly and I leaned against the wall. "Fine ma'am....why are you here am I free to go"? I walked closer to him and lowered my head "I did everything I could alex...I forged the paperwork so you could ONLY be released but the judge had other ideas..." He was devistated and beside himself, he walked back and sat down on the bed. "I thought I had it...7 years I waited and changed my ways just to get another chance at this life...now i'm going to rot in the bloody cell forever....alone...dead". I couldnt controll myself at that point there was no going back, I let my heart run free and break away, I stood and he got up to my eye level in a tender embrace we kissed and the moment felt like a million fireworks had errupted in sync. I had fallen for the killer and he the same to me. After a few minutes more I began to tell him why I had come back,"I need to get you out of here if not for you for me...I have an idea but we gotta be quick"! A look came about him as if he had slipped back into his old self and the words he spoke made me shiver, "Viddy well Anna I will shag my wereabouts to your bidding as you wish". I smirked and pulled out my handcuffs as his eyes grew large, "Getting into charicter are we"? I nodded and smiled as he kissed my lips again. "If they catch us were both comming back...if they dont were on the run for life". He was quite content with those odds, "For you i'll run forever". I put the handcuffs on and walked him out but the pressure was to much...time slowed  and my eyes blurred.

"Stop her she harboring a fugative!"

The last words I heard before I blacked out...

"We did it Anna, were free".
