I was met at the bus stop. Huh weird, I'm usually the only one.

"No! Oliver I told you! I'm the only one here!"

" Who ya talkin' to der?" I thickened my northern accent.

"NOBODY!" The brown haired boy jumped. His skateboard clattered beside him.

"Anywho I'm Serria. Nice to meet cha'." I stuck out my hand to shake trying to seem like a naïve northwestern person.

"Oli-I mean Owen." He corrected himself.

" So what school ya gunna be off ta?"

"I'm" he finally caught up with the thick accent" going to Decade and Centuries High."

"Oh dats a good school don't cha know? I'm gunna go der. So you a skater boy?" I eyed his skateboard.

"Yeah, I guess so. It's more of transportation then a hobby." He picked it up and fiddled with something in his pocket. He was trying to avoid talking to me.

"So" I pushed the talkitive stereotype of the midwest, seeing how far I could take it. " You ever been four wheelin'? It sure it a blast in fall. Yes sir-eee it is. Seein' all those perty colors on the trees." Out of the corner of my eye I saw the yellow bus chugging along the street.

"Looks like the bus is here!" He seemed relived. Wait till he gets to school.

"So where you from? Somewhere down south I reckon."The bus was getting closer and my window of opportunity was closing. I looked closer at the new kid. He seemed plenty tanned with freshly cut dark brown hair. I couldn't see his eyes because he was looking at the dead grass patch. " The weather gets real cold up here ya know. The winters can be real nasty." Almost as nasty as Miss Jackson.

" Miss Jackson nasty?" He whispers quitely trying to answer the question and tell me to shut up. " You don't know that band."

Before I could tell him I did listen to Panic! the bus pulled up and we boarded it. Well....I just blew that. Hopefully Jay can take him under his wing and still mess with him. The front doors creaked shut and we started the bus route.

When we got to school you could tell a lot of attention was focused on Owen. People were already placing bets on how much time it would take Claire to flirt with him. My bet was 12 minutes until she found out. The 5 minute bell had rang so Addy and I parted ways with the rest of our group and went to 1st hour with Mrs. See. We walked into to the always empty classroom only to find it not so empty. Owen was sitting smack dab in the middle. I took the opportunity to get a good look at him. His freshly cut hair was actually dyed that striking brown. Wonder what his real color is. I was probably the only one to notice that. He was doodling something on to a sheet of paper. I couldn't see what is was exactly because his left hand scribbled over the drawing. His left hand.

"Hey Addy." I nudged her secretly.

"Huh?" She was looking at the new kid to. Just not in the way I was. Her eyes were glazed over and she smiled like I did whenever any of my favorite bands or artists collaborate.

"He is left handed."

"No way." She looked closer at his left hand, it was doodling on a random sheet of paper. "Weird he is. How did I not notice that?"

"OooooOOHHHHHH. Somebody's go-"

"Shut up!" She jammed her elbow into my side before she sat behind him.

Time to mess around.
"Oh hey der. I know you. You're the skater boy from the bus stop aren't cha'?" He turned around with a slightly confused look on his face. Addy is going to hate me for this. "Ya know I got a good friend here who'd absolutely love to show ya around the place."

"She would?" He looked at Addy to confirm this.

"I would." She smiled at him but I could tell by the way she talked she hated me. " My names Addy if y'all wanted to know." She added using a cowboy accent. He only looked at her weirder.

No no no no no. I've seen this scene before. Although he is cuter now than in my visions. DONT THINK THAT. YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS. I could already feel my cheeks turning red and Serria must have noticed. Oh no what is she going to do?  We carried on with some conversation that I particularly wish didn't happen.

"Oh hey der. I know you. You're the skater boy from the bus stop aren't cha'.?" Shit. What the hell is she planning?

He turned around to look at us. Particularly Serria. It's the girl from the bus stop with that accent.  I nearly laughed.  Why does she look so....different. Better lighting? Serria was one of those people who woke up looking fabulous. That gained her popularity. Unfortunately I dragged her down with me but she didn't care. We all dragged her down me,Rei,and Emily. Thank god Jay liked her enough to invite her into his group. Where she really should be.

"She would?" He loomed at me, trying to figure out what was happening.

"I would." I partially glared at Serria. "My names Addy if y'all wanted to know." I added in a northern cowboy accent I learned from the county fair. Luckily the hours passed by fast. Before you knew it,it was lunch. Time for my tour. I was walking twords my social death.
