Chapter 2

Sorry for the long wait! Here's the story!

*Y/N POV*
Gray and Lucy ran, their faces showing fear. "Um... What's wrong...?" I asked timidly. Gray growled, "I told you, when we're safe I'll explain everything." Lucy nodded. I just layed in Gray's arms and waited... and waited...

~At the safe house...~ (Finally)
Gray placed me in a wooden chair and leaned against a wall, catching his breath. Lucy crumbled to her knees and did the same. I sat there, and twiddled my thumbs.

Gray made some ice and handed a crystal to Lucy. She thanked him and began to chew on it. Gray, who was now fully recovered, sat on the floor. Then, I asked, "Sorry, but what is going on. . .?" Gray looked at me with a serious face and I regretted asking. Then he let out a sigh and said, "All the Dragon Slayers are going through Mating Season, and basically what happens is the Dragon Slayer is attracted to their mate or true love, but this causes them to lose their sense, because of their attraction to their mates."  "

We just want to keep you guys safe, because it was obviously one of you, Lisanna too, but luckily she knew it was coming and she went on a job with Elfman and Mira." I sighed and put my head on my knees as I slowly drifted off to sleep.

~A few hours later. . .~
"..../N! Y/N! Y/N!!!" I opened my eyes, only to find the safe house up in flames. I looked up and in front of me was Lucy, holding her wip and keys. She noticed I was up and yelled, "RUN! GET AWAY!! IF HE FINDS YOU RUN!" I didn't ask questions and sprinted away.

~In the forest. . .~
I held on to a tree and gasped desperately for air to fill my lungs. "W-what is h-happening?" I asked myself between breaths." Then I felt a pair of warm arms wrap around my waist, "Boo." It breathed in my ear. I jumped and screamed, "E/P ROAR!!" Then I took off sprinting. I arrived at a house, At this point I didn't care where I was, I just needed to hide. I knocked to the door, "Anyone here?!" No response. So I tried opening the door, surprisingly, it was unlocked. I stepped inside and locked the door behind me. It was a mess inside, at that instant, I felt like Snow White. I sat on the floor of this place. "Oh no... Lucy..." I thought. I shook the thoughts from my head, "It's ok, she's a strong Wizard. . ." Then I felt myself dosing off again, "Come on Y/N, you can't fall asleep, you have to wake up." I slapped my face. "O-ow... That's gonna leave a mark. . ." But it didn't matter, now I was alert and focused. But somehow, a familiar scent filled my nose, then the same voice whispered, "I've found you Y/N." I jumped back and looking back at me, was none other then Natsu. "W-what do you want?" I asked, my voice quivering in fear. He smirked, "Isn't it obvious?" I blushed. 

"Natsu, I-I don't know. . ." He looked disappointed, "T-then does that mean, you don't love me?" He asked sadly. I frantically waved my hands, "I-I do. . . It's just that I- KYA!" Before I knew it, he had pinned me to the wall,

"Please Y/N, I'll make you happy, I'll love you, just please, don't break my heart . . ."

 I took in a breath, 
"Okay . . . I'll give you a chance. . ."

A/N- Sorry! Once again I am SO SORRY for not posting. I had forgotten about my Wattpad stuff... I had started writing this in April, but my friend and I started writing a book together and a lot of drama happened.
