Zewef

There was a slight breeze going by as two young boys sat in the field behind their house. The oldest boy who was about seven with black hair and grey eyes and the youngest was around one year old with pink spiky hair and green onyx eyes. 
The littlest one sat in the lap of the older one as they played small and simple games.

"Natsu, Natsu," The older one called as he tried to gain the one year old's attention. "Try to say, Ze-Ref"

"ZeZeZe?" Natsu replied, confused. The older boy laughed.

"Not 'ZeZeZe', it's 'Zeref', I'm your brother, Natsu."  After multiple attempts, Natsu began to get it.

"Zew... Zewe... Zewef?" Zeref was surprised when his brother was able to say his name. He smiled gently than laughed, giving him a big hug.

"I love you so much, Natsu!" He exclaimed with joy as Natsu repeated his name," Zewef... Zewef," over and over again.

The memory faded as he looked upon his brother after years of not being with him. But being near him had consequences and he knew if he didn't leave soon he would kill the one person he gave up everything for so that he could be revived. Still he stood there frozen as a tear fell down his cheek, staring at the face that used to look joyfully towards him, filled with so much anger and hatred. He couldn't stand it.

"I don't know who you are, but this is our guild's island!" Natsu shouted at him."Don't get in the way of our exam!"

"You've..." Zeref began, "Really grown..."

"Huh?"

"I've been waiting to see you... Natsu,"

Suddenly Natsu jumped up and punched Zeref hard in the face, yelling, "Who the hell are you?!" Zeref knew then that Natsu wasn't strong enough to defeat him, not yet. Zeref landed gracefully. "I don't know you... what's your name?"

The flashback of baby Natsu learning his name reappeared in his head and more tears streamed down his face. A sudden power washed over him and he began to loose control. He held his power back as long as he could, but when he was close to his breaking point he told Natsu and his companions to run. Then his deathly magic let loose and they ran and Zeref took that opportunity to disappear as well. The next time, Natsu, he thought, the next time I see you I hope that you will be able... to break me.
