JUSTIN'S P.O.V
"Hello Mrs. YLN (your last name) I was wondering if we could meet up around 10 am, I would really like to talk to you and Mr. YLN about something. Please don't tell YN though. YN can't know about us meeting up, you will understand when I tell you." I text to YN'S mom.
"Yeah of course, but is everything okay? you're worrying me." she texts back pretty quickly.
"Yeah everything's perfect. I would just really like to talk/ask you guys about something. meet me at the café?"
"Okay. we'll see you at 10 then (:"
I've been thinking about YN and marrying her for a while now, but it's getting real now. not official, but close. And I'm really nervous about talking to her parents about it. I'm afraid they won't accept it. If they don't accept it then it won't be able to happen.
10 a.m.
I get to the café and get us some seats.
they walk in, I stand and hug YMN (your mom's name) and shake YDN's (Your dad's name) hand.
"how are you?" YMN asks as she sits down.
"I'm doing good thank you. How are the both of you?"
"We're doing really good. And Justin, I don't know how to thank you for getting Dr. Elizabeth to come to our house for YN. It means so much to us." YDN says.
"Oh no, you don't have to thank me. I love YN and I'll do anything to help her in any way possible."
"And we're thankful for that."
"Talking about YN, that's really why I wanted to meet with you guys."
"what is it?" YMN says with a worried tone.
"I love YN so so much and she means so much to me. words can't even express how I feel about your daughter. She makes me so happy and I honestly don't know what I would do without her in my life. And I just wanted to thank you both for making her the kind and loving person she is. And for just letting me do all these things for her and just letting me be in her life as her boyfriend but I would really want to be more than just her boyfriend." I say and start tearing up.
"Oh my goodness." YMN says with a huge smile and tears in her eyes.
"ever since I first saw YN I knew I wanted to marry her. She's so darn beautiful and man she is just an amazing person and she has become the most important thing to me and it would be an honor to marry your daughter but of course I need your acceptance. so, do I have your acceptance?" I ask nervously.
"Yes, of course" YMN says and starts crying. "Justin you are a huge part of her life and she loves you so much and I wouldn't want any other guy with her and I would love for you to be part of our family. "
I smile but start worrying, YDN hasn't said a word and I'm afraid he'll say no.
"Mr. YLN?" I ask.
he looks at me and stays silent.
"she's my baby girl" he finally says with tears in his eyes. "But you seem to love her just as much as I do and that's a whole shit of a lot and appreciate it. You make my daughter happy and she loves you, so yes of course."
I can't hold tears back and start crying "thank you, really thank you" I say and stand to hug them and they do the same.
"what is the proposal going to be like?" YMN asks.
"well I haven't done anything yet because I wanted your approval first. But I want to do a concert and I want to sing a song to her and call her up on stage and then that's when i'll ask her." I say.
"that's perfect. when will it be?"
"2 weeks, maybe. But I would love for you guys to invite as many of your family and friends to come but YN really can't know about any of this. I'll tell her that I'm just having a concert for my fans and that I would love for her to go with you two and some family. I don't want to make it obvious."
"Yeah of course. we'll help with anything." YDN says.
"Thank you."
"Thank you so much Justin , thank you for asking us before. We would've been happy even if you didn't ask us but we really appreciate and respect you for asking us first. "
"thank you" I say and say goodbye to them.
Later
I call scooter and tell him everything and he sets it all up for staples center in Los Angeles, California.
I tweet out the information about the concert.
"also a huge surprise, and I would love for you guys to come." I tweet out after.
