A black shirt or a white one? That was the question that's been stuck in my mind for hours where I sat there, in front of my closet, getting ready for my first and official date with Kendall.

I couldn't shake the excitement that I was feeling for the previous twenty-four hours, since she opened up about her true feelings towards me.

My only regret is that we have lost so many time when we could've been planning our wedding arrangements by now.

"Wow, slow down, Miles. There are going to be long, long days before you ever see the woman of your life dressed in a white gown, walking the aisle with her magnetic eyes..." my mind stopped me, no matter what I did to push it aside.

But again, we're not getting any younger, right?

Larry has planned a romantic dinner for Kendall and I, at her penthouse. She must have told him about what happened, this morning, and he quickly decided to play the pander.

It's still a bit weird that the man that I saw as a threat to my tumultuous love life, is gay and also, one of my close friends.

"Black shirt, it is." I said to myself, decided.

Can't risk Kendall seeing the red wine stains after accidentally spilling it on myself, out of anxiety.

I also googled 'Ways to Be Sexy On a First Date' and they said that girls find it hot when guys roll up their shirt's sleeves, just below the elbows and unbutton the two or three upper buttons of their collar. So that's what I did. Then, I went to the bathroom to fix this whole crap that appeared in the mirror; teeth brushing, hair combing and Bulgari fragrance spraying.

I opted not to shave my stubble because they find that attractive, as well. Plus, I'm one of those men that radically transforms into a baby raccoon when I take the facial hair off.

"Hello, Kendall. Hey, Kendall. Hey, Kenny. Ken. Hey, Ken... Doll?" I ridiculously tried to practice, feeling nervous as ever.

You have to give me a break because I'm not really used to this kind of situation.

"Natural speaking, it is..." I said to myself, hardly convinced.

-"Oh, boom chicka wow wow!" Larry shrieked when I stepped inside Kenny's place. "What a sexy momma."

-"Thanks?" I laughed, shaking my head at him.

What a boho decorated space, indeed.

The table is set up with a pastel yellow cloth that carried the fine China service and from the looks of it, we were going to dine with three forks and two spoons, each one.

Couldn't be weirder than that.

I managed to put the red roses that I brought in a vase, Ken's favorites.

-"The foie gras will be ready in a couple of minutes." He announced, taking the napkin off of his shoulder.

Foie gras? As if I wasn't stressed enough.

-"You shouldn't have put that much effort, really." I commented, loosening the tie before completely taking it off and shoving it down my pants' pocket.

Too formal.

That's when Kendall started walking down the stairs and I simply couldn't take my eyes off her. She styled her hair just how I liked it; silky with a hair line in the middle. Her signature red lips made me want to mess it up in a second and her short coral sleeveless dress has opened my mind up to so many dirty thoughts, ones that I must keep to myself if you want to stay innocent...
