Here we are with another one of my favorite characters from 13RW Zach Dempsey.

You are in a diner after Marcus played you over to try to impress his friends. You didn't go on with his little scheme, so he left you alone. All of his friends left except one named Zach Dempsey. He tried talking to you but you just sat there silent while crying.
"He could be a dick sometimes," Zach said. "Do you want a milkshake to make you feel better," Zach asked.

Your P.O.V. Why is he actually still sitting here? I'm crying and weeping and the nicest thing he does is sit here and ask me if I'm okay because his friend was being a dick. I feel ashamed and embarrassed because Marcus literally treated me like literal shit, but Zach is different. Zach is kind, sweet, and generous. He might just be the best thing that's happening to me right now.
The next day at the end of class Zach approaches you if you are okay from what happened last night.

"Zach I'm better now since I'm talking to someone about it and I've gotten it off of my chest," you said. "No problem Y/L/N," said Zack," you said. "Listen Dempsey. I really appreciate you're help lately how about we redo our little date that we had last night," you asked. "Sure I'd love too especially with you," said Dempsey. "Great pick me up at 8," you said.
When Zach picks you up you kiss him on the lips causing him to blush. Zach then drives to the dinner and you guys order a milkshake.

You were still thinking about what happened last time you came to the dinner and started to cry a little.
"Hey what's wrong," asked Zach. "I can't do this anymore," you said. "Please don't talk like that Y/N," said Zach. "I'm sorry I'm just really stressed out from the other night," you said.
Zach moves over to your booth and sits next to you then he hugs you.
"Hey Y/N just remember that I love you. Please never forget that. Please," said Zach. "I won't and I love you too," you said.
You and Zach end the night with a kiss then he drives you home.
