Well since i am only 16 you might think that what i am going to say is too big for me so to be short ,it's not too much or anything shit happened in my life and still happening but life is not that bad.

I don't like sitting around doing nothing or feeling pain and waiting for happiness to come ,Pain is meant to be felt yes it is. Take your time in crying or feeling sad but don't waste alot of it in this process it's not good, the is no winning if you do

Happiness do't just come around of nowhere ,you have to get up and search for it ,your life won't get any better if you wait for it to be  ,you have to make it better yourself

Make yourself new rules ,do anything you love ,try new things , go learn new language ,sport ,learn how to make mug cakes they are so delicious just don't forget them in the microwave or else you find difficulty of getting it out of the mug and trust it's no fun at all

Try find some dye videos they are fun, get yourself a speaker and turn on music loud and dance like an idiot infront of the mirror but don't try and dance like Beyonce or Jennifer lopez you will mess it up and cry over your wasted energy and will make every thing worse unless you are fit and flexible and you know that you will rock it.

Or you could try a different method ,write what hurts you the most in a paper it's not a diary or anything just go get a paper and a pen, write two or more words expressing your feeling then tear the paper into pieces and throw it in trash or burn it as you like ,you will feel a lot  better. I do this all the time so i wanted to share it with you.

Try new rules as to let go ,get over things ,wake up everyday and forget what happened the day before or decide to make one person happy a day.

All of the above are rules i made to my self so i don't spend my time exhausting my self with bad thoughts, memories or anything happened or happening or going to happen

Life is not hell life is good and god didn't create us to suffer .
