Your POV:

"Ehhhhhhhh......." I saw the sun creeping through the curtains in my room. "I'm not ready to get up yet..."

I was not ready for the day.

"Oh lord, I wonder how this 'date' thing is going to play out," I asked myself as I got up out of bed. I walked over to my closet where I picked out a decent outfit instead of a comfortable one. However, I made sure that the outfit was at least somewhat comfortable. I don't care how cute Light Yagami is, I'm going to wear what I damn well please.

So I picked out a white, long sleeved shirt with a (F/C), slightly above the knee, skirt and tie. I put on long thigh-high white socks and black flat shoes. I was looking damn fine. All I did was brush my hair, I didn't really do anything to it except that. 

Man, this thing wasn't until 6pm...What was I suppose to do until then?

L's POV:

I watched as (Y/N) got dressed, I didn't play with myself this time because I now know better and plus: there was people here now. I turned her camera off so no one could see I was watching her too.

"Ryuzaki, why did you call us here?" Chief Yagami asked me.

"Well, I just wanted to talk to you about something, that's all," I said nonchalantly.

"Well? What is it?" Aizawa asked.

"It's just, I've placed cameras in some of the task members houses. And my prime suspect is non other than the Chief's son, Light Yagami," I explained.

"What!? You have got to be joking!" Yagami spoke.

"Yes, indeed it's true," I sighed.

"W-Well... Well why do you suspect MY son!?" I could tell that the chief was outraged. That is exactly why I didn't want to tell him.

"Well, after all of the evidence I have accumulated, it seems that the only answer could be your son, chief," I stately bluntly. I was going to ask permission, but I didn't think he'd ever give it to me, so I just did it anyway. "But don't worry, out of privacy for you and your family, only you and I will want over your house through surveillance. No one else can."

"Well okay, that's good at least. I do have a wife and a daughter," the chief said.

"Yes, I am aware of that, and that's why I will be mostly monitoring your son. I have no need to watch your other family members unless they are with him," I told him, trying to reassure him about the situation.

Light's POV:

I just know that there are wire taps and cameras hidden in the house and even more in my room! 

"Hey! Light! Listen to me will ya?!" God damnit! Why won't Ryuk just shut up!? I want to tell him to be quiet but I don't want to bring any attention to myself and raise any suspicion.

"Hmmm, I wonder what I should wear on my date..." I pretended not to hear Ryuk and just continued looking through my closet, filing through my clothes.

L's POV:

I was watching Light look through his closet. He called it a "date". I could feel jealously boiling up inside me. All I did was look intently at the screen, wishing that my eyes could burn a hole through Light's thick skull.

"Ryuzaki, are you alright? You've been staring at the screen for a while now and you haven't even blinked for almost two minutes," Chief Yagami brought me out of my daze.
"I'm fine," I stated. I went back to being normal again, or at least what I felt to be normal.

Your POV:

Hmmm... Maybe I should just call Light and ask him if we can go early because I'm like super bored with my life right now. It's not like I had anything to do anyway. In fact, it's not like I ever have anything to do except Task Force stuff...

I went to my purse, grabbed my phone and dialed Light's number.

Light's POV:

My phone rang. Shit! It was Tomoko! 

I picked up the phone:

"Hey Tomoko! What's up?" I tried to hide the fact that I was mentally freaking out.

"Hey Light! I was just  wondering if we could meet up earlier, if that is okay with you of course," she said. Damn, I wasn't even remotely ready yet.

"Oh yeah, sure! What time?" I asked, hoping it was no time soon.

"What do you say? About 12?" Wait. 12pm?? That was in 20 minutes! And it would take me at least 10 minutes to get there! 

"Yeah sure! That sounds great! I'll see you then!" Why couldn't I tell her "no"?

"Sweet! Bye bye Light!" She chimed.

"Later Tomoko~" I sung. 

I hung up the phone. "Well I might as well dress to impress," I shrugged my shoulders and took out a nice, brown suit and tie to wear. 

I suited up and combed my hair. I was going to comb it back, but I'm sure if I did that Ryuk would be sure to laugh at me.

I looked down at my watch, "11:50, perfect timing," I said out loud to myself and quickly hurried out my bedroom door. Once I got down the stairs, I was greeted by my mom:

"Hey Light! Are you headed out so soon?" She asked.
"Yeah mom, she wanted to meet a little earlier than planned," I said to her.

"Well, you are looking quite dressed, this must be some special girl!" She chimed and I slightly blushed.
"Yeah... She is.... She's.... Gorgeous..." I stammered.

My mom clasped her hands together and smiled, "well you'd best be on your way! I don't want to keep you and allowed you to be late," she put a hand on my shoulder, "good bye Light," and with that, she kissed me on the cheek and opened the front door for me.

"Bye mom!" I waved.

L's POV:

I had just watched all of it. He really was dressed to impress too. He dresses much better than I do, he's a lot better looking than I am, but I can't say he's smarter, taller or stronger than I am though. I wanted to be in his place so desperately. I almost hope that he doesn't treat her right so she will come crying to me. But I know that's terrible and I really don't want her to get hurt. I really just wish I could watch them on their date.

Actually, that gives me a great idea.
