Meteor's POV
"Where were you?" I gave Blizzard a killer look. "Alam mo bang pinag-aantay mo 'ko?"
Pumasok siya sa loob ng karwahe at may ibinato sa akin. Hindi ko alam kung anong pinaggagagawa niya at hinihingal siya ng ganyan. He sat across and stared at me with bored-looking eyes.
"You didn't answer my--" I was interrupted when someone knocked on the carriage door. What is it this time?
"Sir Blizzard, pasensya na ho sa abala," someone spoke from the outside. "Tungkol ho sa ipinapahanap niyo. Ang pinakamalapit po na chocolate store dito ay matatagpuan pa ho sa kabilang bayan. Medyo may kalayuan po ito. Magpapadala na po ba ako ng tao doon?"
"No need," tipid niyang sagot at tumingin sa labas ng bintana ng karwahe.
"Sige po. Tawagin niyo na lang po ako kung may kailangan pa ho kayo."
Doon ko lang pinulot yung binato niya sa akin. Chocolate?
"What?" he irritatedly asked. Nakatingin kasi ako sakanya habang hawak-hawak ang chocolate.
"P-para saan 'to?"
"Ayaw mo?" bigla niyang inagaw yung chocolate sakin. "Edi ako na lang kakain."
Mabilis na kinuha ko yung chocolate bago niya pa mabuksan. "Wala akong sinabing di ko gusto. I was asking you why did you give me a chocolate bar."
Ibinaling niya ulit ang tingin niya sa labas. "You're no fun when you're in a bad mood."
"So you went all through the trouble just to get my stress reliever?" I blurted out my thoughts.
"Tsk. Daming tanong. Kainin mo na lang."
Wala talagang galang sakin tong lalaking to eh. But I'll let him pass for now. Afterall, mukhang tinakbo niya pa ang chocolate na 'to mula sa kabilang bayan.
Hindi ko namalayang nakangiti na pala ako. Mabilis akong napatingin kay Blizzard. Good thing his eyes were closed. Or else he'd tease me again after seeing I was smiling like a fool.
Baka asarin niya pa akong nagkakagusto na ako sakanya. Oh god, there's no way that'll happen.
Binuksan ko ang chocolate bar at nilantakan ito. Napapikit na lang ako sa sobrang sarap. This is heaven.
After I ate the chocolate, medyo naging light ang mood ko. I woke up with a 'not-so-good' morning. Bukod sa kulang na ako sa tulog, masakit pa ang likod ko. Naninibago pa kasi ako sa mansyon na tinitirhan namin for the Games and my bed wasn't comfortable enough. And then when I was about to get ready for breakfast, Casey came in rushing saying that Ms. Minchin, my ballet instructor, called this morning.
Nagkataon pang ngayon ang opening ng Royal Swan Lake Tournament and attendance is a must for all of the princess candidates. Kung kelan naman first day ng Stella Royal Games, doon pa ako mawawala.
I made a bunch of excuses just to escape this one and be able to watch the first day of the Games. Pero ang sabi ni Ms. Minchin, if I didn't make it to the opening, I'm out for the competition.
I've got no choice but to go there.
The Swan Lake Tournament's opening started. They've introduced the panel of judges, some opening performance and finally handed out the registration form. Kasama ko si Blizzard since he's my new partner. Everything is going smoothly until that bitch appeared.
Remember Princess Aurora from Vega Empire? Yeah, she's there of course. Bragging about her title as the last year's Swan Lake Princess.
Hindi ko na lang pinansin. Kawawa naman eh. Hinayaan ko nang ipagmayabang ang silver crown na nasa ulo niya. Hindi pa maaagaw sa akin ang korona kung hindi niya ako pipilayan. How pathetic.
