02. Ph.D

"First, we'll need to sort out your homework. Second, we need to do something about your attendance. Third, let's talk about what happened to you. After all, I am the famous Seokjin Kim Ph.D." he said as he wrote them down on a sticky note.

"Ph.D?" Yoongi asked.

"Pretty Handsome Dude."

There was silence.

"Okay, let's start. I'll gather the homework needed from your adviser by the end of the day. I'm sure your work will be compiled with your names on them." he took a lollipop from his desk and gave it to Yoongi.

"That's yours. Cheer up, kiddo!" he patted Yoongi's shoulder and smiled.

"Thank you." he replied timidly.

"Next, I need to change your attendance." he stood up from his chair.

"Wait here, I'll be back." he said.

Jin walked out of his office and went to the attendance compilations near the door. He looked for Yoongi's class then marked his attendance as present.

Yoongi opened the door to peek just when Jin was walking back to his office. With this, he got startled and ran back to climb on his seat.

Jin arrived and sat back down. He opened a word file to type a report about the incident and turned to Yoongi.

"Now, let's start talking about what happened." the child nodded.

"Do you remember what time you arrived here?"
He hummed while thinking.
"Around 5 minutes before the bell rang."

"Mhm. Now who was this girl that made fun of you?"
"Jung Eunri."

"Tell me exactly how everything went."

After minutes and minutes of talking, Jin finally finished writing his report. He printed 2 copies right after he saved it to his computer. He gave one copy to Yoongi and held the other.

"Give this to your parent or guardian. They'll understand."

"What's the other one for?"

"This copy is for your adviser. We will do something about this because this is bullying. Bullying is not only wrong, but an offense in the school. She's going to have some problems with her behavioral report. Is this the first time she's done this? Does she do similar things often?"

"She does it a lot. All except her friends are afraid of her."

"I see." Jin leaned closer to his monitor and reviewed his report.
