Rachel's POV:
I'm feeling much better today but I have no choice but to go to school. After our little fight, Gracie's mom made her come back in my room and apologize, then hug it out.

So, that's all good.

For there.

I walk up to the door, I was with my baby sitter. My mom was at work.

Kaylee squatted down and gave me a big hug, "be good okay? I wanna see a gold star on that cheek when I come pick you up." She pulled away and held onto my shoulders. "Let's make your mommy proud." She poked my nose as I giggled and nodded.

She then stood up and watched me run in to greet my friends. Mrs. Hall walked over to Kaylee and gave her a smile and a handshake. I could hear every word, even though I was occupied with my friends.

"Her parents said she was having a hard time.. going slow. They requested to be gentle with her, and help her. Rachel does learn quickly, but works slowly. It's hard to understand.."

"I get what you are saying. Thank you for dropping her off. She will be fine."

Kaylee nodded and walked off. I understand that I work slow.. it's how I am. But requesting to be gentle? Oh nevermind. It's my parents, I shouldn't question their decision.

Gracie seemed awfully pouty today.. she kept pulling on Preston's shirt.

And of course he would ignore her.

I really hate him. If only I could brake his neck.

"Preston! Look at me!" Gracie whined. She jumped up and down, in attempt to stomp.

"What? You look fine. I'm kinda busy." Preston turns back to another girl and leaves Gracie by herself. She comes racing over to me and Luke.

"Hey uhm... can I play with you guys?" She gave Luke a cute pouty face and that made him feel like he had to let her. "Please...?"

I look over to him, giving him a glare of death.

"I-I..." he hesitated, "uh... sure! Of course you can."

I will strangle him. "Uhm, you sure can play with us! We don't have a problem with that. At. All." I sarcastically smiled, "come on! Let's play house!"

I skipped over to the plastic structure, leading both Gracie and Luke to it.

"Luke can be the daddy, (ho ho ho... Lukey boy is a daddy already!) I can be the mommy, and you can be... the dog." I said with a fake smile on my face.

She gave a genuine smile anyway. She was desperate. "So-" Gracie started.

"Dogs don't talk." I spat. Luke raised an eyebrow.

"Aren't you being too harsh?" Luke fiddled with his shirt, "She just wants to play with you. At least she does this time."

He was right. I was being a little mean... But still. Why would anyone want to talk to someone after they just leave you? I of course don't.

Preston comes over, just as I start to say something.

"Stop playing with her. She wants to play with me." He demands. He then grabs her arm, pulls her up and starts to walk away.

"Why don't you ask Gracie before you take her away?" I crossed my arms, "She may say otherwise." I huffed, showing my anger.

Preston was scrambling to find the right words, but never found them. "FINE! I DON'T NEED HER ANYWAY!" He screamed. Then he stared at Gracie. "I found someone better than you!" He stomped away, acting like a baby.

Gracie's eyes welled with tears.

"I WANNA GO HOME!!" She cried.
