Two-Bit would cut himself. One time Pony caught him doing it and Two-Bit immediately told him everything that has happened to him. Two-Bits way of expressing this is through his jokes and Pony became his best friend. When Pony and Johnny left, Two-Bit wanted to go looking for them until Dally changed his mind. He trusts Ponyboy with his life.
