4th of July headcanons

•Darry would make every one wake up early to see the parade

•When they all get to the Curtis house, they watch a Mickey Mouse special. Mostly Two-Bit

•They all go to the lake for a barbecue

•Darry barbecues while the boys go swimming in the lake

•They all have a chicken fight. Steve and Soda, Two-Bit and Pony, & Dally and Johnny

•Pony reads the Declaration of Independence

•Dally buys fireworks. Some not legal

•Two-Bit makes jokes about the Revolutionary War

•Johnny gets scared of the fireworks

•Soda and Steve run around trying to find the best spot for fireworks

•After the boys eat and it gets dark, Dally fires the fireworks over the lake.
