Leah, Nia, and Deah looked on Amazon for their masks for the 8th grade party which was in two days. "These ones are perfect!" Deah chirped. Leah blushed, "D-Do you think Tarren would know it's me?" Nia laughed, "Don't be such a wuss. He won't know since you're wearing a mask."
The next day the three's masks came and Leah walked up to Tarren and smiled. "Did you get your mask?" She asked. "Yeah dog." Tarren gave the younger finger guns. "Stop." Leah laughed and playfully punched Tarren. "Come on Tarren! We're gonna be late for Spanish!" Nahshon reminded. "See ya." Tarren waved and Leah waved back, smiling shyly.
"Is she in that love struck faze again?" Elyjah asked as he saw Leah and Nia walk to English. "Yeah." Nia laughed. After school, Leah tried her mask on and looked at herself in the mirror, finding her with Tarren.

It was pitch black in the cafeteria and Leah was wearing her mask and was laying back, watching other people dance away. "Hey are you okay?" Someone asked. "Huh? Oh yeah.. I'm okay.." Leah sighed, as she looked for Tarren as she specifically told Tarren to meet her by the pushed up lunch tables. "You don't sound okay." The voice said in a calm tone and held out their hand.
Once all the 8th graders heard the DJ say, "Grab a friend or lover and dance!" The DJ put on a slow song. Leah grabbed onto the figure's hand and the two began to dance.
Nia and Deah looked at the two dancing. "Who is Leah dancing with?" Nia asked. "I don't know. But they are so cute together." Deah laughed. "In about 2 minutes, you shall reveal yourself." The DJ announced.
Leah continued to smile at the figure and their lips got close, then the figure pressed their lips onto Leah's. When two minutes passed and the lights turned on, Leah and the figure were still kissing then they took off their masks. Leah looked at the figure and saw it was Tarren. "T-Tarren.." Leah gasped.
"Leah?" Tarren's eyes widen. "Tarren!?" Leah screamed. "I didn't know it was you.." they both said. The two were causing a scene. Leah's eyes filled with tears due to how embarrassed she was. "Leah, don't cry. Since you had a crush on me, you kissed me. You should be happy." Tarren smiled.
"Will you be my girlfriend?" Tarren asked. "But I thought you we--" Leah's mouth was covered and Tarren laughed, "So what if I'm not ready. I love you." He smiled again. "I love you too." Leah nodded and hugged Tarren tightly. A huge awe escaped the room.
