I suppose it's more of a romantic(ish) one shot than anything. It's also shorter than usual to save time.

BTW, Satsuki and the reader are already girlfriends in this so yeah.

Today's date is (date of birth).

Which means waking up a room full of presents and birthday cards.

But out of the presents, the one that stood out was the (F/c) box tied together with a (second/f/c) ribbon, sitting next to a table with my favorite breakfast and drink and a fancy (f/c) card.

I picked up the card and read what was inside.

My loving princess (Y/N),

Happy birthday! I would tell you this in person but I have set up my surprise for you. I hope you like the gift I got you and food I made. Also I left a dress in you're closet, please wear it for later and meet me at our special place. I'll see you later princess.

You're loyal knight Satsuki.

Of course it's Satsuki, she loves to spoil me. It's adorable.

I then opened up the present that Satsuki gave me. It was a(n expensive) gold/silver locket with a (birthstone) jewel and a (f/c) jewel. It's really pretty (and expensive), how exactly did Satsuki pay for this?

"All well, it's really nice." I said as put on the locket Satsuki gave me.

After eating the breakfast Satsuki made for me, I went to my closet take a look at the dress Satsuki got me.

(A/N: I didn't have time to draw more than one picture so yeah.)

...I was right...

...Satsuki loves to spoil me.

(Time skip)

After putting on the dress Satsuki gave me and put my hair in a (favorite hairstyle), I went over to Satsuki and my special place, a park filled with cherry blossom trees and a fountain in the center.

I entered the area where Satsuki and I normally hang out together at, lifting up my dress a little bit so I wouldn't trip over anything. My (e/c) eyes widened at the sight of our special place.

It had (f/c) and (second/f/c) ribbons and lights everywhere. The ground was surrounded with (favorite flower)s with some (favorite flowers) floating in the water of fountain. Near the fountain there's a table with two chairs and a silver tray on top of it.

"Surprise ~!"

I suddenly felt a pair of arms carefully wrap around my waist. I turned my head around slightly to see Satsuki (in a maid outfit) smiling at me.

"Happy birthday Princess ~!" Satsuki said and let out a small giggle. "I hope you liked it. I originally wanted to be the first thing you saw when you woke up and spoil you by feeding you but I wanted to have all of this set up in time so I had to make some sacrifices."

She spoils me enough as it is... I know she likes fairytales but she doesn't have to treat me like I'm an actual Princess all of the time...

...Not that I don't mind it though... It's kind of sweet...

"It's beautiful, thank you Satsuki-chan." I said as I turned towards Satsuki.

"I'm glad." Satsuki says with a smile as she walks over to a CD player and turns it on, making play a slow song.

Satsuki then walks back over to me and extends her hand out towards me.

"May I have this dance Princess?" Satsuki asked.

"Of course." I said as I smiled and took her hand.

Satsuki brought me close to her and danced with me. Of course she took the lead, she somehow made my terrible dancing skills look decent.

"I hope you're having a wonderful birthday Princess." Satsuki said.

"Of course but you don't have to treat me like I'm an actual Princess." I said.

"Of course I do. I love you and I want to stay by you're side forever and-" Satsuki started to say before I interrupted her with a kiss on the lips.

As soon as I pulled away from the kiss I smiled at her.

"I won't leave you, I love you too." I said.

Satsuki smiled with a bit of tears in her eyes and then kissed me. She slowly pulled away from the kiss and smiled again at me.

"Thank you (Y/N)-chan, my Princess." Satsuki said. "I love you."

She sure does love using those words doesn't she?

"Love you too."
