' I was told when I get older all my fears would shrink.
But now I'm insecure and I care what people think. '

After a few days, the woman was well rested and her mind was reeling for a way to relax and what better way was that then walking into the woods. She sat down on a rock and held her gaze over the beauty that she knew was nature. Living for over a few decades makes her appreciate the way the world was. She leaned over the rock and dug her hand into the soil feeling the riches as she held a smile.

She took in a deep breath and sighed over into the sky and that's when she felt body heat emerge from the forest. Her eyes skimmed over the edge of the forest as she ducked down and hid behind the rock.

She raised an eyebrow feeling the presence to be new and she looked up and saw a white furred wolf the size of an elephant. Her eyes widened and she sunk towards the ground and didn't want to waste her energy on this werewolf, so she continued to allow her eyes to trace the pattern of her observing status.

Once she heard the girl growl lowly and start to turn around, she sighed and carefully moved to take a step, until a branch snapped and the wolf turned back around with her ears raised.

Alaska hit her head on the rock as the wolf drew closer and the woman then stood up as the wolf perked up at the woman and growled lowly as she stepped closer and started singing softly.

A soft humming filled the wolf's ears and her eyes widened as she became relaxed and listened intently on her words. "Go back to your pack and say that you saw nothing."

She nods her head and walks away and the woman sighs and holds her head in slight pain. "Stupid wolves and their strong mind control." She mumbled and walked away and towards her little apartment complex, until a new wolf came barging through and the russet colored fur shined in the light.

He growled lowly at the woman as she stumbled across the forest ground and tried to enter his mind as she was humming.

His ears winced as she felt her head spinning and throbbing. She felt blood trickle down her nose and she hissed in pain. "I-i can keep going." She breathed out and pushed further only for the wolf to be under her control, but before she could continue, her eyes fluttered and her footing was lost as she fell and he shook his head and walked over to her.

He leaned over and sniffed over her as he furrowed his eyebrows and quickly transformed back showing off his nude body and picking her up.

Her body was light and he sighed while Paul and Quill ran over to him. "So, do you think that she's the one that murdered all those people we found last week?" Paul asked and Jacob shrugged as the guys looked over the girl.

"I don't know, but we need to take her back if that's the case." Jacob said and then Paul whistled making Quill roll his eyes.

"Don't even start." The two men started as Paul smirk.

"She's hot. Hotter than us." He teased and Jacob rolled his eyes.

"Whatever." He grumbled and Quill sighed at his best friend. He knew how bad Jacob was feeling, everyone did. But they were just trying to help him, and he's not even allowing a little bit of fun to be held in his life.

When they went back to the Reserve, Jacob had placed the girl in a room that she was tied up and Sam looked over her weapons.

"This is definitely the weapon that killed all those people." He stated and Jacob continued to throw pebbles. "Jacob." He stated and the man didn't glance his way as he kept his preoccupied mind over the stones. "Jacob!" He yelled and the man crushed the stone in his hand.

"What?" He asked and the man raised an eyebrow.

"You need to talk to the Cullen's. They must know what she is, since she isn't one of us or one of them." He stated and Jacob shook his head.

"Sam, I can't-"

"Yes you can. You need to talk to Bella and Edward who are also grieving. Not as much as you, but probably almost the same." He told the man who looked to the ground.

He sighed and then back at the girl who's eyes were moving under her lids. "She's about to wake up." He told the man and walked off as then the girl's eyes opened and she groaned in pain.

She tried to get up, but ropes around her arms and legs were stopping her. "Well, hello." Paul stated and she looked over the man who had no shirt and she groaned at the tattoo imprinted in his skin.

"Wolf." She muttered and leaned her head back on the pillow.

Jacob sucked in a breath as he didn't know what to do. He was at the house and was about to knock on the glass door, but his mind was stopping him. He was terrified for the reaction Edward was going to give him, or worse Bella.

He allowed his fist to collide on the door softly and it opened immediately to show off the woman who had soft black eyes staring back at him. "Bella-" he started but the woman shook her head.

"I don't want to hear it. Alice told me and Edward has been trying to talk me out of killing you." She stated calmly, and this is what cause shivers to crawl up Jacobs spine.

Jacob ran a hand through his hair. "I'm sorry. It was my fault and I just-"

"I get it Jake." She said cutting him off. "But I'm still grieving and I see you as what caused her to be killed. So, if I ever see your face here again, I won't hesitate to hurt you." She threatened and slammed the door as Jacob saw the glass shake.

He felt tears rise in his eyes, but he wouldn't let them fall and he knew they would still be listening to him. "There's a new threat to Forks! She's back at the Reserve if you want to help us, otherwise Sam will kill her." He told them and walked off angrily and as shifted uncontrollably and ran back to his home.
