10 months later

I couldn't do it. Knotting my tie and walking into that courtroom. My hands were sweating as the policeman escorted me in.

"Joshua Keeler Ramsay," the judge announced. "You have been accused of identity fraud by masquerading for four years."

"I can prove I legally changed my name!" I defensively said. "It was Zane up until shortly before I returned."

"You are also charged with extradition and denial of custodial rights to a ms.Denise haldeon, the mother of your late ex wife Emmaline Haldeon." The judge said.

"She was an alcoholic! I'm not handing over Ari to her." I said.

"You are also charged with being an accomplice to a serious crime because it was your money that was used." The judge spoke up. "I assume you have made a plea bargain."

"I admit to denying her rights." I said. "But Ari is my daughter and I had every right to do so."

"She is now sober and has been for the past year. You purposefully ignored her and denied her rights. You told her nothing about leaving Australia. That means denial of custody. She has not seen her granddaughter. Due to her not being a legally born citizen of Canada, we are forced to seperate you and your daughter for a period of three years while you go through the process of getting her citizenship done and ready. You also have been unable to provide for her directly as you have not worked, as in done anything with your band in the past seven months."

I laid my head low. "I plead guilty prouder I see her agin."

"Josh, due to your career, we are forced to suspend your citizenship to Australia for those three years. You legally cannot enter that country and you will be not allows to see Ariana. I am very sorry but it is the court's decision. due to the fact you used Zane and accessed your accounts as Josh Ramsay, you technically committed a money fraud against yourself and that is more serious than anything else." The judge said and I silently stared at my feet clad in converse.

I decided to leave after the sentence was told to me. I had done it all and I knew it. I left without my precious baby Ariana. I knew this wasn't going to be good. I wouldn't see her for four years of her life and she'd forget me. She'd hate me. Tears pourted down my face as I stared in the mirror and tore off my tie.

I decided to do something drastic that night. I stared at Amanda. "I'm putting Marianas on hiatus. I'm depressed without Ariana." The fans freaked out. But I wasn't quitting I was just taking an extended break cause of the events of the court issue.

Ariana's room felt cold over the years. Even as laughter filled my ears yet again from a little girl, a son and another much littler giel, I felt depressed. No kid could replace Ariana.

I was pissed. Even Amanda knew it. I wanted more kids but I wanted Ariana.

Fourteen years had passed and Ariana was fourteen the day we found out where she was. The oldest kid was twelve; Anastasia I guess. Tasie was her nickname from Jaden, the second oldest at eleven. They were born close together - I wanted that so if Ariana came back they wouldn't be so far in age.

"Josh. I do not want you touring in Australia. Ariana and you can't be within proximity." My lawyer told me. I was depressed and sad.

I would never see my little girl again.
I would never see her get married.
I would never see her have kids.
I would never see her smile again.

I would miss her.
